Full Moon in Libra! ♎
This is a big one. Not so much “heavy,” more “loaded.”
The overall message is to LET THAT SHIT GOOOOOO!
I know I say this often, but that’s because we often hold onto shit unnecessarily. This is the first full moon of the astrological new year, do you really wanna be carrying all that childhood trauma/ mommy-daddy issues/ guilt with you? Hell no, drop that shit! You don’t need it anymore! Forgive them, and most importantly forgive YOURSELF. You do the best you can with what you got; lesson learned, it’s time to move on. That dead weight is just a hinderance and you don’t need to be dragging it onto the next big thing in your life.
Take a bath, take a walk, sit on a park bench and free write for a bit. Try to appreciate how far you’ve come and the beauty in everything. It’s difficult, especially when we feel like we’ve been on cruise control for so long, but spring is definitely in the air! Let’s take a moment to enjoy that and truly live in the moment.
My dreams have been pretty wild the last few days and while I understand the underlying messages, it still takes some time and effort to unpack them. If this is the case with you, give yourself some grace and stop beating yourself up about things, ESPECIALLY THINGS THAT YOU CANNOT CHANGE (ahem ahem THE PAST).
Failed relationships hurt, especially if those relationships are with family members. It’s ok to love someone from a distance if they no longer have a place in your life. This is not a reflection of your self-worth, this is just a growing pain. We all go through them, and this full moon is no different. Try to heal. Try to forgive whoever hurt you, and again, more to the point, forgive yourself. Think of this as a turning point.
You’ve carried that as far as you could, now it’s time to put it down and walk away. This could be the beginning of a beautiful new chapter in your life, don’t keep reminding yourself of things that went wrong in the past. Lesson learned, let’s move forward with wisdom and an appreciation for what’s to come.
Themes: recalling past relationships (romantic/platonic/familial/work related, etc), focusing on what we value and prioritize
In a nutshell: LET THAT SHIT GO. Do what you LOVE, not what you think you SHOULD
