Cappella is the kind of presence that's impossible to ignore at any gathering, and she knows it.
Once a goddess-mother to a wandering civilization who took refuge in her system, guiding them to grow in harmony with their world. They wanted more. They turned on her, tried to drain her starlight as fuel — and nearly succeeded. She survived. Their planet didn't.
What's left is sharp, calculating, and very good at reading a room before anyone notices she's doing it. The chatty, scatterbrained act is just that — an act, and a useful one. She'll play the fool to get what she needs, then strike when no one's watching.
These days she's an outspoken activist for stricter oversight of planetary civilizations with the mission to protect other stars from ending up like her.
