🚀 Terra Metals Secures $4M to Fast-Track Dante Critical Minerals Project
Terra Metals Limited (ASX: TM1) has secured a $4 million strategic investment to accelerate the exploration and development of its 100%-owned Dante Project in Western Australia — a potential district-scale critical minerals discovery with high-impact upside for copper, vanadium, and more. 🌍⚒️
The raise was supported by major strategic investors:
🔸 Golden Energy and Resources (GEAR) – part of Indonesia’s Sinar Mas Group, with strong mining operations across Asia-Pacific. 🔸 Matthew Latimore – Founder of M Resources, a key figure in Australian mining with strong holdings in vanadium, graphite, and coal assets.
Existing cornerstone investor Tribeca Investment Partners also committed to maintain its 15% holding (subject to approval). 🧾
💥 Funds will drive:
✅ Extensive drilling across new and existing targets ✅ Resource growth for a maiden Mineral Resource Estimate ✅ Advancement of metallurgical testing and project development
🧭 With over 17,000m drilled to date and mineralisation mapped across 10km of strike – and further potential across 80km+ – Dante is shaping up as one of Australia’s most exciting emerging critical minerals opportunities.
🗣️ Terra CEO Thomas Line:
“This is a major milestone and strong validation of the scale potential at Dante. With this backing, we will unlock the full exploration upside.”
