I thought Natural Puppy's delightful and angelic dresses would look perfect on them, so have some girlfriends going on a shopping date!
I've made sooo many tweaks to Tsugumi's face and I just can't get it to look right, so please accept my offering.
Blast from the past! Back in 2006 my friend Matt Schlotte and I released a game called Panty Explosion, about psychic Japanese school girls who fought demons and ghosts, struggled with their powers and suffered through high school’s endless trials. It was a fun game with a dumb name, and for awhile it was pretty popular. BUT!!! RPG fans being as they are, a lot of them didn’t want to play a game about psychic school girls. In fact for a LOT of them, the idea of playing girls at all was foreign and weird, and turned them off from the game entirely. We’d get questions like “I really like you game, but I CANT be a girl! Can’t I be a boy instead?” And of course the answer is no! Play a girl. use your imagination! Try something new! Experience empathy! The next most popular question was “I like your game, but I don’t really like stories about physic school kids. Can I use your game to play different kinds of stories?”
Matt and I thought about this for while, and eventually decided to release a small book detailing how to use the Panty Explosion rule set to play all kinds of different adventures. We decided to use popular examples, and focused on stories that revolved around characters in a close-knit community who struggled with their power and responsibility, and with peer pressure too (since that was really what PE was all about). We never actually released the book. By the time the content was close to finished I had already moved on to making comics instead and Matt was focusing on his day job and family. But I produced a lot of art for the project! The title of the book was going to be “Lets use Panty Explosion to play...” and it would include X-Men, Warhammer 40K Space Marines, Harry Potter, Sons of Anarchy, Naruto, Star Wars, (and not pictured here) Doctor Who, Gundam, My Little Pony, Dungeons & Dragons, Monster Hunter and Street Fighter, It would have been a fun project! Panty Explosion is still available, btw.
I draw a surprising lack of Coco and I wanna change that someday. For now, I just wanted to see her in twintails~
@catncore & I: *Casually bonding over how much we love the hatred between these two that A New Day gave us*
Me: “Yo, I got an idea for Hanekoma’s birthday art.”
