How did Atheer meet Hue and Eden?

Atheer: “I came across Hue when I was young, not even quite a century old at the time. He and I ended up becoming very close friends growing up together, and we eventually became more than that. Meeting Eden was a stroke of pure luck. I happened upon her by accident, when our hunting paths crossed. I thought she was perfectly charming—once I got past being startled by her fangs nearly sinking in to my arm by mistake. She had met Hue before I met her, actually; I am thoroughly happy that we all love one another equally.”

Sooo I decided the voice claims for my night god boys. Nox is Tom Ellis (from Lucifer), Atheer is Cullen (from Dragon Age Inquisition), and Orpheus is Lotor (from Voltron). Don’t ask me how jungle-bound noodles got British accents. Just how with it lol

Random question: if a naga reaches their 100s it’s the equivalent of a human reaching their 20s, so does that mean if a naga reaches their 1,000s is it like humans reaching their 30? Or is it more complex than that?

Atheer: “The lifespan of a naga is strange compared to the short and fleeting lives of mortals. Orpheus was born when Eden and I were in our mid-two-hundreds. Adolescence usually spans from a naga’s first decade until they reach their first century. They remain in their prime for several centuries, health and resources taken into consideration, and begin to wane once they come closer towards one thousand years of age. Not many live long after. Some surrender their souls to the cosmos, others find ways to bind themselves to the mortal plane, as my mother had. We are not truly immortal, as nothing can live forever; we merely last longer than other beings, and return to the earth when our time comes.”

Another random tidbit: The ‘night god trio’ is a polyamorous relationship! Eden, Orpheus’ charming mother, is married to Hue, the fire elemental who sits in his element’s position on the Council (a sort of governing body that assists in keeping order among the pantheon). True, she’s night god Atheer’s mate, but she knew Hue first and he just happened to beat Atheer to the punch in proposing. Atheer could technically claim Eden as his wife as well, and also Hue as his husband, but things have been a bit crazy amongst the pantheon as of late so he’s unfortunately had to put off the idea.

The trio is, however, fairly exclusive. Eden has her ‘playmates’, but keeps it mostly to cuddles and company. Atheer has had other mates as well, but made sure to only father children with Eden (and later, Hue).

Also, Eden is straight (the only exception being when Hue decides to take a female form) and Atheer is pansexual. Hue is bi. It’s a big happy love triangle and they wouldn’t want it any other way.
