You mean how I figured she was a Leo? If so, then I just took a look at some of the descriptions and main traits of the zodiac. Such as ambitious, confident or on the bad side, domineering or pretentious. She fit the zodiac best of any other TW characters.

As for the boxes of text, I just created 2 shapes using the Rectangular Tool in Photoshop, used the pen tool to select/erase the corners of each box and styled it with box shadow, etc. Then I just added the text inside.

I hope that makes sense.
