An Important TCNYC Announcement
Dear #TCNYC Fanmily,
It is with a heavy heart that we announce the cancellation of The ConClave NYC this April.
We have worked very hard to make this event a reality, however, ticket sales have not met the expectations we needed to successfully run a convention. We have been supplementing the convention with our own financial resources but it has come to a point where we can no longer do this.
As fans, we want to continue forward with the convention. We were so excited to bring The ConClave NYC to the fandom and supported the convention financially as we waited for the tipping point when sales would reach a level where the convention could be sustained. As business owners, we have to now think with our heads instead of our hearts. We can no longer afford to pay the convention’s expenses.
This was a very hard decision for us. We know that fans were excited for this convention and we are sorry for letting you all down. At this time, we are unsure if we will reschedule the event.
