I just can’t believe what happened yesterday night at my country! I can’t stop crying guys... Wildfires near Athens have killed at 50 people and injured 183, the number is expected to rise. It is Greece's deadliest fire disaster in 11 years. Greece has asked other European countries for helicopters and additional firefighters to help tackle the fires. Italy, Germany, Poland and France have all sent help in the form of planes, vehicles and firefighters, and Spain and Cyprus have offered Greece assistance, but with temperatures set to soar again, they are in a race against time to get the fires under control. Israel offered Greece aid in combating the fires and has teams ready on stand-by. To all the countries that are sending helicopters and fire fighters to put the fire down in Athens , we are more than thankful . 25 people were found hugging inside a building burned because they couldn't escape the flames...😓 Horrific scenes... “The death toll rises every hour, many people lost their loved ones, many people lost their houses, lost everything, and they will need long-term support in order to recover.” I’m praying for people & children who lost their lives yesterday! And I’m praying for all of them in Athens! I can’t believe it...this happened to my country So so so sad...
