I'm bringing back this artwork I made for the "Sluts Do It Better" exhibition in Queer Con last year, curated by Human Cast The subject was sexual identities. I wanted to make something about pansexuality, because I am pansexual. Many people don't know that, or assume I am straight because my partner is a woman (and some even had told me in the past that they thought after I transitioned I "became" straight). It's true that I talk about my gender identity infinitely more than my sexual identity and when I was still in the closet I'd say that I was bisexual to avoid uncomfortable discussions. But there is a lot of erasure of bi and pan identities. I realized that I've never seen artwork about pansexuaity (if you count out stickers with flags, pan-puns, sharks in blue, pink and magenta, etc). Never forget the bi and pan crowd (actually never forget anyone but anyway) :)
