I recently had this idea and my brain said.. Why not ┐(͡°ʖ̯͡°)┌??
Reader is the first biological daughter of Bruce Wayne. She was born in a comfortable life that made others envy her.
She may have been born into this life of luxury but all she wanted was her fathers love.. Something she had never received. She wasn't born out of love.. No, far from it.
Her mother, kianna (I'll just use this as a name) is a beautiful woman and she took full advantage of it. One day at a met gala, kianna had managed to get a one night stand with Bruce Leading to the creation of reader.
Kianna wasn't a kind woman, no.. She used this opportunity to have a place in the Wayne Manor. She bought expensive jewelry, clothing or whatever she could. Bruce dislike the woman that's why he had her live on the other side of the manor.. Far from the main one that he lives in.
Reader grew up under her mother. She was treated more of a servant than a daughter. She was beaten up, neglected, and forgotten. She tried to approach her father once but all she received was a disgusted look from Bruce Wayne since she looked so much like her mother.
Everyday, Kianna would remind her that she was merely a mistake.. Something that she had used to get Bruce's attention and be a part of the family but Bruce never paid her any attention.. So she placed all her anger on reader.
Reader remember the first time Richard Grayson arrived into the main manor.. She tried to befriend him but at that time he just lost his parents so he hated her for having both parents and for being born in a life of luxury where she didn't know how it felt to struggle in life like he had. It didn't help how Kianna badly treated Richard.. Ruining the reader's image more and more because of her.. Like the saying goes "The apple doesn't fall far from the tree". If Kianna was a horrible person then that makes the reader one too.
Due to how Bruce ignored Kianna, her mother would go out at night and fill that loneliness by being with different men. This went on until her mother was killed by a man who had actually gotten infatuated with Kianna thinking that he was the only man that she had loved (not knowing that he was being played). In a state of shock and anger, the man pulled the trigger and killed Kianna.
After the death of Kianna, reader barely had anything to eat. She wasn't even given a name by parents. When Kianna was alive.. She had bread at least (even if it's a little bit rotten or was only given a slice) or whatever left over but since Kianna was gone.. She didn't even have any food or water leading to her to starve.. She lasted for about 7days before ultimately dying.
