Fatma Hatun was the daughter of Osman I and one of the early women of the Ottoman dynasty connected to political alliances through marriage. Although little is known about her life, her position as Osman Bey’s daughter gave her symbolic importance in strengthening ties between influential families during the rise of the Ottoman state.

Gevherhan Hatun was the daughter of Mehmed II and an important figure in Ottoman diplomacy. Her marriage to a prince of the Aq Qoyunlu state was part of Mehmed’s political strategy toward the Ottoman Empire’s eastern rivals, helping strengthen alliances and expand the Empire’s influence.

Mihrimah Sultan was the daughter of Suleiman the Magnificent and one of the most influential women of the Ottoman Empire. She held significant political influence at court, took part in diplomatic affairs, and advised both her father and later her brother. Her marriage to Rustem Pasha further strengthened her power, making her an important figure in 16th-century Ottoman politics.

İsmihan Sultan was known for her intelligence, wealth, and strong presence at the Ottoman court. As the wife of Sokollu Mehmed Pasha, she lived at the center of imperial politics during one of the empire’s most powerful periods. Contemporary accounts describe her as ambitious and influential, and after her husband’s death she continued to hold prestige and authority within the Ottoman dynasty.

Hümaşah Sultan was the daughter of Murad III and Safiye Sultan. As a member of the imperial family, she held an important position within the Ottoman court and was part of the dynastic alliances that strengthened political connections among the empire’s elite. Through her status and marriages, she represented the influence Ottoman princesses could have in court politics and diplomacy.

Atike Sultan was an Ottoman princess, the daughter of Ahmed I. As a member of one of the most powerful dynasties of the empire, she played a role in strengthening political ties through her marriages to influential Ottoman statesmen. Her close connection to Kösem Sultan also placed her within the center of court politics during a highly influential period for women in the Ottoman Empire.
