there are some people who genuinely believe the casual fwb situationship finn had with huntress wizard when he was 17 was like his last chance at love and if it isn't focused on or they otherwise aren't explicitly stated or shown to be together its bad writing or it's somehow condemning finn to Never Having A Relationship Ever Again and that it's somehow cucking him if she ends up hooking up with someone else (let alone if other fans ship her with someone else, as if that somehow effects canon in any capacity) when they were never even in a committed relationship in the original series nevermind the fact theyre in their late twenties to early thirties in FaC. it is so bizarre. people who are specifically fixated on finn and huntress wizard's relationship have been so bizarre since flute spell aired a decade ago.

anyways new at2025 was just ok. clearly setting up a new arc but not really anything interesting to me so far. might be new vampire lore - in which case keila might be in this continuity since penelope and some other characters from the 2012 comic series showed up in a previous issue. curious about this kid who looks similar to marceline in the nightosphere with hunson cuz wtf is up with that
ahhh bmo is claiming computer princess is their cousin and computer princess is quick to accept that as fact so if that's not just a joke then that means any resemblance computer princess has to bubblegum as a character is narratively coincidental and likewise unless dr. gross is somehow related to moe, any resemblance i thought computer princess's projects had to dr. gross's work is also coincidental

and if youre like "gee jade why are you talking abt the 2025 adventure time comics so much today? all of a sudden? out of no where?" its cuz i read all four issues today and the next one isnt coming out until september and i just dont have a fucking clue whats going on or where theyre going with this so im full of an energy of some type.
