It's from a scene in Chapter 13 of my fic where Ty Lee and Azula are temporarily babysitting Kiyi and Tom-tom. Kiyi happens to be quite like her big sis, to the amusement of the older two!

As old wounds are reopened, loyalties are tested, and dangerous political forces begin to stir within the Fire Nation, healing may prove every bit as painful as war.
