You know, I think the reason Joker’s awakening is the only one I watch repeatedly is because it’s the only one that shows the persona form. Most of them more or less have the persona appear in a flash.

With Joker, he’s shown to become covered in fire which then lifts off of him and shape into Arsene as well as show Joker’s thief gear. And then the flames pull back to reveal Arsene’s actual body. And then Joker throws the chains away, and that prompts him to either form his wings or pull them into view as he throws everyone else away.

It’s such an amazing and memorable scene. Why do we get this for Arsene, but none of the others? Why aren’t we shown the process of how the other personas form? Imagine lightning forming Captain Kidd, or paint forming Goemon, or light or some kind of shadowy illusions for Robin Hood and Loki respectively. They could’ve done so much with the others!
