I would like to thank our Alonzo and Tracy Mourning Senior High academy teacher team, administrators and especially my amazing students for helping us reach this distinction. There are over 675 NAF academies across the United States and of those, there are only 4 Nationally Distinguished Academies of Hospitality and Tourism. Teaching is not just about passing along Information. It's about providing opportunities, mentoring, guiding, sharing and building an extended family that lasts a lifetime.
