Last December I started doing yoga. I made my first post towards the end of the month doing an Extended Hand-to-big-toe Pose. A year later I have come a long way. For me, yoga has brought flexibility both in mind and body. I have learned to be more relaxed, balanced and at peace with things that happen in my life, which hopefully rubs of on those around me. This morning we had an opportunity to have breakfast with our good friends who are visiting from Georgia.
