i like a lot about aerith’s scene too and am over all Real Proud of this chapter in general but uh!!!! i don’t feel like pointing out minor details anymore!!!! I HOPE YOU ENJOYED THIS CHAPTER THO!!!!!! I REALLY ENJOYED WRITING IT AND LOVE ALL OF THE CONTENT IN IT SOOOO MUCH

i could point out a lot of little details i love re: the roxas fight but then we’d be here all night. just know i love it a lot and i love roxasnort sooooooooooooooo much

another thing i love: both leon and aerith’s sides have a small note where they’re like  “leon’s on the other side” “aerith’s on the other side” “that left him on his own” “she’s alone with---” “but he’d be fine” “she had to be fine”

i love!!!! aerith and leon doing their buddy attack!!!!!! i didn’t plan that initially but then i thought about it and i went “OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH” ((which meant for a while the title for this scene was “aerith gets to do a cool thing)) ((also i think roxas wasn’t even here initially???? but some of that was bc timing i was unsure about, and exactly how soon he’d. yanno.))

but yeah ff characters doing cool buddy attacks that involve throwing party members into the air over an enemy is my fave thing so nice

3) i literally made my face hurt channeling him for this chapter because i was subconsciously imitating his grin the whole time and Buddy. there’s a reason i drew him like this?? just imagine the way xigbar never stops grinning and kick it up to an eleven, probably, (or a 13 ppfFFF)
