A bit of French anyone?

Hey folks, I think it's the third time I ask this XD But I can't help! 😆

Does someone knows French or are learning and would like to practice your French with someone?

If the answer is yes I'll be glad to talk in French with you! ^^

Or if at least you're curious about how my voice sounds in French, let me know! I've been craving talking in French lately and I just feel it would be cool to talk in French with the people I already know and I've talked to here.

When I started learning french, I have tried to talk with strangers on Livemocha and Bussu and other languages learning websites. But I haven't been able to cos I don't know them. So I get a blank mind cos I don't feel comfortable talking with them and exposing my more or less ok French...

When I talk in French I feel like I massacre this beautiful language and I feel awful and embarrassed because I don't want that ! :(

Some people have suggested me to record my voice in French and post it on here. But I suspect I have an accent when I talk in French, and that if I post a recording for all the internet to hear it, there will be the ones who will mock of me and they will say my French it's awful.

And maybe it is awful...and that's what I fear. And I wouldn't like people making a YouTube mix with my voice recording to make fun of my bad French, that's why I don't like the recording idea.

But at the same time I know I will never evolve on my French learning if I don't practice speaking. So I would like to practice.

I just would love to talk with someone whom I already know, and who I know will not make fun of me or judge me, that's all.

I think that's not an impossible thing to do, right?

Little question about Finished piece vs. work in process (animation)

I would like to ask you a question that’s getting my mind very restless, and I need an opinion from you about this:

In animation, do you think it’s better work until it’s finish and just to share a finished result, or it would be cool if I share a bit of WIP, to share the process behind it ?

Personally I’ve always been infatuated with artists sharing WIPs in all  artistic projects, animation, illustration, character desing, etc, cos I think that is so cool cos it’s interesting to see the process behind an artistic creation, and cos it makes you feel like you’re a bit of apart of what the artists is creating. And that makes this feel most interactive! But I’m aware not all people think like me on this respect.

So this is why I thought it was clever to ask. Because if even if I love sharing WIPs, if there’s nobody who likes the WIPs, then that might annoy everybody or might lead people to get bored of my WIPs and then they will not want to see the finished animation, and all my hard work (that probably will be a month or more or work for what I’ve seen) and devotion to the project will be in vain. And I think I would be devasted if this happens.

I’m just genuinely excited about this art project I’m doing in this moment, so that’s why I share a lot, but I might do it les if that helps to keep in you folks you intrigue and curiosity to see the final result. Because I really would love that you see the final result when it’s done!

It’s too late to join the train of funny covid illustrations?

Today I feel a bit sad because I’ve heard probably soon in my city quarantine will be over. And I have the impression I’ve wasted a lot of time doing house chores, trying to rediscover movies in english, and playing on android that I forgot completely to put in my list of “what to do in the quarantine” to draw funny illustrations about how it’s like to be in quarantine.

And I’ve seen a lot of artist doing it and they pieces are cool! And it sounds like a lot of fun. But I for my part I haven’t had inspiration for talking about the covid, and I don’t know why.

I was just more inspired to draw fanart and to work with my own characters’ character desings.

So I wonder if it’s too late to make a comic strip or illustration about how I spend my quarantine or with a message about the coronavirus.

Oh also, may is running and I haven’t done any Mer-may piece yet! D: And I haven’t finished the six fanarts challenge either! I must hurry up with this before the subjet expires.

Plus! THERE IS SO MUCH ARTWORK I HAVE IN MY “TO DO” LIST  AND I HAVEN’T DONE YET! I’m not ready for quarantine to be over!

I don’t miss at all being looked down and being considered a nobody, and return home descouraged and exhausted everyday after looking for a new job.

Tired and discouraged because in these days I've been writing..

.And I shared with someone who I appreciate a fragment of my writing, and they said now I only don't know how to draw, but I also don't know how to write.

And frankly, I don't know what to do. Right now my eyes hurt and because I spent the little free time I have writing instead of drawing and now I'm exhausted and I don't know if my writing it's good enough or not.

So a little question for you my fellow writters, if you can read this: How you know when a book's chapter, or book in general is finished without sharing it to someone and ask them to read it?

And second question, how can one write without having the ardent craving to share all what you're writing with all of your friends and the people who love your art every time you finish a chapter?

Please tell me how because these questions, specially the second one, it's driving me crazy XD

Sorry if this sounds like silly questions, but they are genuine questions I don't know and I wonder. Any help will be appreciated!

Art vs Artist?

Hi there folks!

Today a little question. I know nobody wants to hear my voice....because nobody replied to my post where I asked if you would like to hear a record of my voice saying thank you XD

But what do you think about me doing the Art vs Artist meme? Would you like to put a face in your mind to this artist here? Would you?

I think I'd appreciate your opinions because I’m shy and thus this will not be easy. I'm not sure...because although I don’t consider myself ugly, I'm not what it's considered beautiful on a standard in terms of beauty for a girl...

Actually...

....I’m all the contrary! I’m nothing like the standard of beauty in nowadays! XD So I might dissapoint , and I wouldn’t like to make you feel sad or something...I guess if you don’t except me being beautiful like a celebrity it will be ok, hehe

Would you like to know the voice behind the artist?

Oh well...another little question to you folks, hehehe

It's that it's been a while since I've thought of this. I have seen you've been so nice and supportive to me as a person and also to my art, that I've felt inspired to do something special and wholesome to thank you for all the great moments you have given me: so I thought...why not making a record and say this in vocal?

What do you think?....

I've seen other artists I follow doing it before, and even, sometimes when the artists it's from other countries that are not US, they ask their friends and followers if they would like to hear some words on their voices. And I've seen comments from their followers who have said they have been glad to know the voice behind the artists and having fun hearing it.

So that made me think it might be fun ^^ it sounds like a lot of fun at least. And for me as a friend and follower of another artists whose voice demos/recordings I've heard, I appreciate a lot when an artist do this for their peeps who admire them. It's just too cool !!!

Well... although in my case I'm not a popular artist...

I'm rather a nobody 😅....a little speck of cosmic dust on the vast space that is the internet!

So I'm hesitant about if this is actually a great idea... because if I do it I'll inevitably pour my soul on it, and then if nobody likes it, it will break my heart badly I think...

Yes....my soft heart it's my curse, yes! But that's who I am, I can't help pouring my heart on everything I do XD

Maybe I'd rather wait until I can be a more "recognized artist"....

Ooooohhhhh zut alors! I'm sooo really excited about this idea!!! So much that my heart burns with desire to do this so you can know the voice behind the artist oh mon dieu!!!!

Oh zut ! I think I'll end up taking the risk whether having a positive response on this post or not heheh I! Cannot! Take this idea off my head!!!

Anyways, I would like to know your opinion about it, would you like it? Would you think it would be cool!

Also, would you like that I try saying some words in English to have fun hearing my English pronunciation?

If that is so, I will say that everything is valid as long as it's not a swear word or an obscene thing or a thing that might cause me trouble in my career in the future ( like saying "¶πNis or V∆gin∆ or something like that, positively, totally, definitely I will not do that! 😆 ) It will be ok as long as it's general audience stuff I think.

Would you like to see more comic reviews from me?

I've seen people posting here and on other sites "if you're not reading this comic you should cos it's great!" ( Literally this kind of short phrases with nothing else to add!) and a photo with half of a page of the comic they want to recommend. They get 10,000 k or more on likes and reblogs and even comments saying "oh my ! Thanks for recommending this comment is great!!!"

Me. I take like 3 hours of my time after work to look up for some good examples of the comic I'd like to review (even translated in English cos I know most of you don't talk French) to add them to the post and then I make a good review writting the reasons why I think the comic it's great, and what you might see on it. And I get....

....Nothing.

No reactions at all.

*crickets sounds in the background*

Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed a lot talking about imbattable, it was a great way to finish my day yesterday! ^^ In fact, I enjoy making comic reviews! If I could I'd read comics and write reviews for them all day long! Heheh

Some time ago when I was a teen I used to make a lot of them, and not just about comics but also about movies, shows and videogames. I had a blog dedicated to that and it was cool, cos at that time people loved to hear my reviews. At that time I had a loot more free time than today, as well.

I must say ...secretly I would love to make a review of Space Boy, Sally Sprocket and Piston Pete, and other webcomics I've read and I've liked, but I fear nobody will want to see them and I will just be dissapointed and feeling down about that *blush*

True is, that my life in real life is not going well...so I'm more sensitive to failure and rejection than usual.... Plus! In nowadays I cannot give myself the luxe of wasting time writing stuff that nobody will be interested to see because my free time is scarse. So I thought it would be better and probably wiser to ask to you folks. If you would like to see more comic reviews from me on the future.

I'd like to know your opinion, and I'll act accordingly to the response I receive. Don't be shy to say your opinion. Whichever the response is I'll be glad to know! I ask because I would like to give you good quality stuff to follow and enjoy. And vary a bit on the subjects from time to time.

Would you like to see me streaming again?

Hey! howdy folks?! Hope you're doing well!

It’s not like I’m going to stream right now because my arms are tired, but meanwhile they feel better, I would like to ask, well this what the tittle says! Hehe

I've been feel in the mood for streaming lately I must say... but I have not much time and specially not much energy...that means that in these moments it will be probably not the most wise thing to do....but I could do it for a while if I see people are interesting about it, because I'm inspired to do it! And I think it will be good for me as well cos you're the force that inspire me to keep creating, also.

When I'm doing good in my life that nobody comes to one of my streams it's not the end of the world, I can cope with it.

...but in these moments I'm doing bad, both physically and mentally. So streaming will demand me a lot of extra effort, and if things don't go well it might be devasting, emotionally.

So don't get me wrong, is always a pleasure for me! I love streaming! ^^ I just wanna make sure that I'll not end up alone making a fool of myself, like a teenager who was excited to go to a high school prom and when she arrives she realizes everybody's gone.
