Keeping in shape was always essential for you. Training was somewhat rigorous, weights, aerobics, sometimes yoga for flexibility, some practice with your glaive, and finally a run to wind down. You were halfway done with your run today when you noticed a girl watching you. She was hot. And buff. Nice. You wound up getting too distracted by her and slipped up with your footing. The attempt to regain your balance failed and you ended up rolling down the short hill next to the path before landing not so gracefully on your back at the bottom. Worth it.
