Alpha Atsumu x Omega Shouyou is good, but consider: Alpha Atsumu x Beta Shouyou. Atsumu thinking Shouyou's an omega because of his height and falling hard for him the first time he watches him play and intentionally befriending him afterward, but all the instinctual alpha signals he sends him Shouyou doesn't pick up on bc he's a beta who can't smell pheromones. Atsumu who fantasizes about Shouyou constantly and oblivious Shouyou who thinks they're just good friends and doesn't mind how handsy Atsumu is because Shouyou's handsy with everyone. Atsumu who has to learn to use his words and confess to Shouyou before he finally gets it. Atsumu and Shouyou awkwardly having to figure how how to make male alpha and male beta biology work because they're too in love to let it get in the way.

Atsumu and Hinata introduced their family to each other quickly. There are both very family-minded, so it was something natural to do.

Hinata had a little easier because he knew Osamu by sight and there was occasion to talk to him twice during second inter-high. Mama and Papa Miya warmed to Shouyou almost immediately. Hinata's parents also hadn't problems with accepting Atsumu. He got on well with Natsu as well. Despite the age gap, they have a really good vibe together.

Atsumu always brings gifts for Natsu, when he and Hinata are coming to visit Shoyou's family. He treats her like a younger sister he doesn't have. Once, he and Shoyou even took Natsu with them to Atsumu's hometown. There she had occasion to meet Osamu. Obviously, she knew that Atsumu has a brother, but it wasn't state precisely he has the twin brother.

Natsu was astonished at first, but then she became angry at Hinata and (especially) Atsumu for not telling her about the twin. She got apologized. Atsumu nor Hinata didn't tell her about the first one's twin because in their minds this fact is just obvious.

Atsumu sometime forgets that not everybody knows he has a twin. Hinata starts to forgetting too.
