HQ but it's Soul Eater crossover (part one,
I guess)
Summary: Probably a lot of ppl know SE because it's an old manga&anime - but anime is pretty lame since 37 ep. Give us Soul Eater Brotherhood already Bones, we need this!
In very short way: there are humans who can transform into a weapons and humans, who can use the first ones - they're called maisters (we also have witches in this au!). Maisters and Weapons belong to a special academy where they learn how to work together and fighting against evil souls that run the risk of becoming a Kishin themselves. Kishin is a being created from the over-hunting of a large amount of good human souls and possess dangerous, destructive power.
Now, let's go to the some pairs I made for this AU!

✸ Oikawa Tooru the grate sword meister and Iwaizumi Hajime the demon wapon - katana sword.
Oikawa is a very settled master, who works hard for his position and reputation among other students. He is sharp but lacks any natural talent. Tooru covers all imperfections up with hours of hard trainings.
He is able to perceive souls, control his soul wavelength and adjust it to other masters or weapons. Unfortunately, he can't use it to attack.
Some people say Tooru can be considered a genius master because he would be able to easily use any weapon, but it's not true. He can't cooperate with everyone, even if he wants to and tries the hardest ways.
On the other hand, stubborn and firm Hajime isn't a weapon for everyone. Hardly any master can use him as their weapon without soul rejection. Unlike other weapons, his wavelength doesn't try to match master's one. In this case, the master has to match their soul wavelength with the weapon's wavelength to use it. However, when he matches with the meister together they become a very powerful duo. Iwa is also loyal and trustworthy. If there's a need, he'll protect his partner without hesitation.
Oikawa and Iwaizumi are a respectable two-stars duo, which always treats their rivals with respect.
✸ Matsukawa Issei the scythe meister and Hanamaki Takahiro the demon weapon - scythe.
Everyone who meets Matsukawa just knows that Issei is quite a man - probably one of the best meisters in his generation. Most of the time, he looks like an unconcerned and tired person. Nevertheless, when it comes to combat, Issei reveals an incredibly high fight sense and skills. He can perceive souls, control his soul’s wavelength and adjust it for an attack. Also, his soul sight is very sensitive, so he can notice much more than most other meisters. Generally, he can use any type of weapon (it doesn't mean that he matches everyone) but he definitely prefers scythes.
Hanamaki is just ordinary, unlike his master. His soul is very flexible so he can match with most of the meisters. However, it was Matsukawa to draw out Makki's potential and can force him to do better and better. Takahiro is usually calm and resourceful. During the combat, he becomes his meister's other pair of eyes - observant and vigilant, he can read the fight situation quite well. He can nail the opponent during a fight even without a meister due to the art of self-defence and the ability of hand-to-hand combat.
Matsukawa and Hanamaki are the best duo of all two-stars pairs in school. Unfortunately, Mattsun tends to toy with their opponents and drag out the fights. Makki never stops him, and he seems to enjoy Issei showing off.
✸ Sugawara Koushi the gun-typ meister and Sawamura Daichi the demon weapon - sniper rifle.
The soft appearance and soothing, gentle personality of Koushi do not transfer to his skills. Many opponents underestimate him and lose. Suga as a meister is very patient, but also relentless. He prefers working from distance and finishing things in the shortest possible way. Because he uses gun-type weapons, Koushi had to learn how to defend himself and fight hand-to-hand. He can't really roll up with the fact that he isn't able to use soul adjust and attack by soul wavelength. When it comes to souls, Suga even can't perceive the souls of other people. He doesn't have any control over his own wavelength, but he never has problems matching to weapons. His soul and its wavelength are very calm and flexible, however, a lot of meisters and weapons describe Koushi's soul as "something different".
Sawamura really matches Sugawara. He's a caring, responsible person, who is also very patient and understanding for lower rank students. Together with Koushi, they are equal partners who work together with full trust in each other. Daichi has a specific soul wavelength - it is flexible, yet it doesn’t match with everyone, as his soul rejects lazy and prideful people. Daichi isn't a weapon for everyone. There are a few other meisters who use gun-type weapons, but when they match, Sawamura can bring a lot of power to the meister. He can also fight on his own when his master is unavailable.
Sugawara and Sawamura are the last two-stars duo. They are leaders of the team composed of them and the other two two-stars pairs.
✸ Akaashi Keiji the chainweapon meister and Bokuto Koutarou the demon weapon - kusarigama.
Everyone says that Akaashi Keiji has a lot of natural potential. He is a calm and composed meister, always blunt in relationships with other meisters or weapons. His best strength is a strong analytical brain. Keiji also can perceive souls, control his own soul's wavelength and adjust it to others. He's the only one meister, who can (unconsciously) mute his wavelength and hide it. Despite all of these good qualities, Keiji wasn't and probably never will be a flexible master, who can use freely types of weapons different than chain weapons.
"Chain weapons always have big personalities and tempers" as an old saying goes. Bokuto is a perfect example. Kou is one of the best weapons in school - his weapon form, kusarigama, offers meister an opportunity for a lot of flexibility during combat. He is perfect for missions where there's a need to stay in cover and he works great in large, open spaces. Unluckily, Bokuto's soul isn't the easiest to match with. He has a playful, bombastic personality that usually gets the best of the meisters. He needs a calm, reasonable partner, who can settle him down. Koutarou is also one of the few weapons that do not particularly need a master as he can fight all by himself. However, having a partner gives him more possibilities to become stronger.
Akaashi and Bokuto are one-star duo, who hold promises for future.
✸ Kageyama Tobio the genius meister and Hinata Shouyou the demon weapon - wakizashi.
Kageyama is a young meister, but it's obvious that he's a genius. He will be able to use any weapon regardless of its kind and its soul. His own soul has a natural ability to assimilate with everyone, even if Tobio himself is often sullen, arrogant, and undeniably short-tempered. He can perceive souls from a long distance, control his wavelength steadily, and use it to attack or defend himself. Kageyama progresses at an extraordinarily fast tempo, leaving behind even his own weapon which became a huge problem for them both as a result. Also, it seems that Tobio has a little quarrel with Tooru, the other sword master, who Kageyama used to look up to.
Hinata is the exact opposite of his meister. He has a cheerful, energetic personality and frequently makes hot-spot decisions. Shouyou answers for social relations with other duets as he's doing well among people. Despite his loud character, he has a serious approach to being a weapon and the best tool for his meister. Hinata's still learning how to control his wavelength and match it with different meisters. For now, he is focused on polishing his own skills to catch up with Kageyama and don't be left in the shadow of the great meister.
Kageyama and Hinata are a one-star duo which tries its best to become invincible.
✸ Tsukishima Kei the blunt weapons meister and Kuroo Tetsurou the demon weapon - tonfa.
Tsukishima doesn't really enjoy being a meister. He isn't the easiest person to go along with because of his quite antagonistic nature. Only a few weapons would be able to match his soul wavelength and work with him. His previous partner quit because he couldn't stand Kei in general. Tsukishima seems arrogant, but in fact, he has low self-esteem and thinks of himself as inferior. Despite all of it, Tsukishima isn't a bad master and has potential. He can perceive souls and slightly control his wavelength to match it with someone else. Kei is calm and collected and always thoroughly analyzes his actions. He simply needs a weapon that will be patient enough and can truly understand him.
Weapons do not often change masters. Generally, a weapon has one main meister, but they sometimes can be used by someone else in an emergency. Kuroo didn't want to part with his master, but there was no other choice. A meister who can't be a meister anymore because of an accident should rest and focus on recovering, and Tetsurou should focus on knowing better his new partner - Kei. They were matched because their personalities could potentially tolerate each other. Kuroo is laid-back yet scheming, but also kind and caring. He is also quite observant and intuitive which is very helpful for meisters. Kuroo is this kind of weapon that doesn't in fact need a master and can fight all by himself.
Tsukishima and Kuroo are the latest duo among one-star pairs. They need to find a way to understand each other and become a team.
✸ Suna Rintarou the utility meister and Atsumu & Osamu Miya the demons weapons - tachi & tantou.
Rin is one of the most recognisable meisters in school because of using two different weapons simultaneously. He is known as an impassive and quiet guy who analyses situations and often manipulates his opponents. He tends to go easy on the rival when Suna seems to be winning. His soul is and must be very flexible to match with two different weapons with different personalities at the same time. Even if his wavelength is ductile, he can't really use it to attack or defend himself. He also isn't able to perceive souls, but that's no worry for him. Suna's real strength is his fighting skills. He has a high sense, he's observant, and most importantly, he's bloody clever.
Miya twins are well known as matching sword set, which should be used together. Despite being twins, their weapons forms aren't the same - Atsumu takes the form of tachi sword, and Osamu takes the form of tantou sword.Of course, they can be used separately, but it's significantly reduces their potential and power. Miyas work best together. Atsumu, the older twin, appears to be a perfectionist with high standards for himself and masters. He is also confident and carefree, but he can sometimes be quite selfish and condescending. Osamu has calmer personality than his brother, but not too strictly. He seems to be a laid-back person with a deadpan face, but he is highly competitive and emotional when caught off-balance. Brothers never have problems to match their souls' wavelengths and are surprisingly compatible with each other. Also, they can use each other as if one of them were a meister.
Suna, Atsumu and Osamu are the only one-star trio. They have a window of opportunity to upgrade to two-stars rank.
