Colette truly valued Atta’s input, which was why she asked her for advice and notes in the first place. She always said that Atta would make a good food critic if she ever wanted to leave the family business, but she knew that was something that wasn’t ever going to happen. Still, it was a little entertaining to see this side of Atta just as much as it was important to her. “I will make sure you and Kit have the most romantic spot in the house.
