It really is going to be bittersweet when this season is over.

Because once we see Ymir say sorry to Historia and leave with Reiner and Bertolt, that's it. Thats fucking it until the off screen death. It's so damn bittersweet. Ymir and yumikuri fans waited 4 years...4 years just to be let down and after the season finally, its all over. Yes I know fan art and fanfiction, but once that dies down all thats left is disappointment. Disappointment that the character some of us relate to the most is gone. Ymir's potential character development cast aside just like an afterthought. Her entire character was a red herring. We should've seen it coming when she held up the fucking HERRING can. But we had hope. 4 years of hope just to be an afterthought. Some of us stupidly stuck around for the hope of a happy LGBTQ ending. And once again, snuffed out like its meaningless. Yes I know it wasn't the focal point. Yes I know this is a death ridden series. But it still hurts because some stuck around due to one specific gay character that we related to. And yes I know its my fault that I stuck around foolishly hoping for a ray of sunshine at the finish line. It's all my fault and that doesn't make it hurt any less. Once again a character I could see a part of myself in is dead. And she died pathetically off screen looking the complete opposite of everything she stood for. It's a bittersweet and sad ending to know that after this season finale, she is done. Yumikuri is sunk, and I'm just sick of living off scraps. After this season, there's no reason (for me) to even check the snk or aot tags because the only thing left is the knowledge that something I desperately hoped for, will never ever be endgame. 4 years wasted and I hope I'll never fall in love with a series like this again. It hurts to damn much. And all I know is it sure as hell feels like I set my own damn self up for this. I loved Ymir and I loved yumikuri and it's going to be hard to move on but I can't hold on to nothing. Over and over people like me find one character to grasp onto, and no matter what we always get hurt. And we should have seen it coming with her holding the herring can that she'd be a red herring but we were blind because of a sliver of misguided hope. Tl:Dr... thanks isayama for stringing people like me along for 4 years only to pathetically crush our hopes off screen. And after this season I hope I can finally be free.

I sincerely hope that one day WIT studio will do an entire episode where there are ALL the soldiers to fight against the titans: Mike, Nanaba, Gelger, Lynne (Rene), Henning, Petra, Oruo, Erd, Gunther, Rico, Yan Ness, Sys , Nifa, Keiji, Goggles, Levi, Hanji, Moblit, Erwin, and all other outstanding soldiers who died without having a chance to prove they're worth, Isabel and Farlan too. I've never seen Erwin to fight against a single titan! (Erwin vs Bert not count) (I mean erwin vs titans in general) Nifa, Keiji and Goggles could not do anything! I saw Mike for 10 seconds. The only thing that I could see was how they died! Can you imagine how strong the army would be if they were all alive? If one day they will, would be the most fantastic thing that I have ever seen in entire my life. Only an OVA please!
