dude it literally costs thousands of dollars to purchase everything available, or thousands of hours of grinding. its not worth it. it sucks.
I’ve seen that “$6k” statistic, and it’s literally clickbait and not at all accurate. Sure, buying the Time Krystals via microtransaction would technically cost you that much but it’d also take you probably literal years to buy up all the content (myriads of skins per character, brutalities, fatalities, player cards, intros, outros, mid-round taunts, etc) with it because there are only five items in the shop at a time. Not only that, but the items take a long time to refresh (24 whole-ass hrs, I believe) and there are duplicates; in addition, the shop does not replace the item you just purchased with your Time Krystals and stays in the shopped (labeled as “purchased”) until the whole store refreshes. Literally whoever came up with that was just trying to get clicks out of y’all.

very true! That’s likely the inspiration- though in his human form dimple wasn’t nearly that jolly lol it’s kind of ironic though, because the buddha isn’t really a god and never claimed to be. Even with a favorable rebirth/being a bodhisattva in his previous lives, people don’t revere him as a god. It kind of points to how shallow dimple’s goal really is.
