Fun Fact: Not counting aliens that don't conform to human sexuality like Necrofriggians the only confirmed canon LGBTQ characters in the entire Ben 10 franchise are Rojo and her girlfriend Azul. However after Omniverse ended DJW said that Lucy and Attea can be considered bi and Charles Zenith, Servantis and Poltroon may be gay.

*Just to be clear this post isn't being negative about anybodys headcanons this is just some information I found

Ben 10 hot takes

These aren't really hot takes here on Tumblr but they are on other platforms

- Kai Green isn't an abusive bully

- Benkai being badly written is not solely Kai's fault, Ben is just as toxic

- I actually do like and ship Benkai and think it had potential to be a really well written ship only if it had been written better

- Ben isn't a player, there's this belief in thr fandom that Ben will chase after anything that has two X chromosomes but that isn't true he's only ever had feelings for/romantically involved with 2-3 of the girls while it was unrequited on everyone else's end

- The way Omniverse chose to age Attea up to make her a possible love interest for Ben was honestly creepy and gross as hell

- hating on any of Ben's love interests for "getting in the way" of your ship or just because you can't hold Ben accountable for his actions in his relationships for whatever reason is actually misogynistic

- I personally don't headcanon Ben as being being a short king, I mean it's fine if you do I personally don't see it

- I feel like we don't talk enough about the fact that Jennifer Nocturne and Charmcaster were 19-20 years old and kissed two underage boys, like that's really creepy and while I can empathize with Jennifer and Charmcaster (and in Charmcaster's case just brush it off as bad writing since she was also whitewashed) I feel like that doesn't justify assaulting and acting flirtatious with minors
