Fun Fact: Not counting aliens that don't conform to human sexuality like Necrofriggians the only confirmed canon LGBTQ characters in the entire Ben 10 franchise are Rojo and her girlfriend Azul. However after Omniverse ended DJW said that Lucy and Attea can be considered bi and Charles Zenith, Servantis and Poltroon may be gay.

In the Gameshow episode, could the viewers/people see that Ben was cuffed to his chair? or was the competition all that was aired?
Well considering he wasn't just strapped to a chair, but strapped to an unnecessarily extravagant chair on a stage and given a giant crown to wear...
I would assume he was intended to be seen. It’s not like he was isolated out of sight.
Also, since at this point in the episode the contestants aren't really doing much of anything, and the screen is focusing on the stage, it seems that Rook, who was watching, is seeing what we are.
And, later on when Ben actually gets strapped to the chair, the camera actually focuses on the stage since the contestants interact with Ben before they start the race.
You see that orange floating box above the group in the upper right hand corner? That’s a camera (and a camera man)! There’s no way it didn't get Ben strapped to the chair on tape.
He even called Rook and spoke to him while the show was on air, so they knew very well where he was and what was happening.
So if you’re implying that Ben was strapped against his will and the Plumbers just watched it happen because it’s funny to make Ben look bad or something, then yes.
Or at least, they thought it was funny until they realized the gravity of the situation...
I want to bring attention to the fact that the writers of the episode “The Most Dangerous Game Show” decided to add the following line to the story script:
"You don't really have to marry her (Kai). For entertainment purposes only. I’m not the villain. We're just giving the people something they want." - Charles Zenith
I may be reading between the lines a bit here, but this almost sounds like they’re indirectly addressing the fandom with this line, since it’s commonly known that a lot of us are divided on certain decisions made in canon.
I want to assume that they’d be paying attention to the opinions of the people who are literally watching the show they’re producing, and if that audience is generally unhappy with certain decisions that can’t be undone by this point, the only way to appease them would be to make it so that nothing is set in stone.
Stating things like “this doesn’t really have to happen” within the episode, and a writer also confirming that what they’ve hinted at on screen “isn’t necessarily” the future of this character only further proves that point.
Pretty much everything being done with this series is “for entertainment purposes only.” The “fun of the character” is to tell his story in many different ways instead of forcing him into a specific box. As such, the fandom also proceeds to do the same, creating endless AUs for these characters simply because it’s fun.
Furthermore, I have no doubt that they know the original series is extremely cherished by the whole fandom due to nostalgia, and, by extension, the original Ben 10,000 future is also extensively praised by the majority. Them choosing to have this character say “we’re just giving the people something they want” almost seems like they’re referring to forcing Omniverse Ben onto the path to that particular future so early on with the whole “Ben has to marry Kai” thing, despite their questionable chemistry.
It’s like they want that possibility out there to appease certain people, but also make it so that it’s not absolutely necessary. If it was, I feel like they would have made more of an effort to make them compatible.
Of course, this is all just speculation. These words just seemed like they meant something more since there are real people behind them choosing to use them.
