Spencer was sitting at the bar, tucking her phone away when all three said they would come. Atticus had a few things to finish up first, so he would be running a little behind. She was happy he would come out and meet some of her friends. Her attention turned back to Dillion and when the waitress came over with their pitcher of beer, plus two glasses. “Well that is settled, all three of them will be here shortly. Atticus is going to be a little late. He had some work he had to do.” She smiled at Dillon.
Dillon shrugged his shoulders and smiled softly. There was absolutely nothing that he could actually do anymore. “Sure thing.” He said to her. “I am pretty excited that they will be coming.”
Spencer "Are you excited they are coming?” She poured them both a glass. “The look on your face says something else.” She raised a brow at him. “Is there something I should know?”
Dillon “Oh yes! of course. I am excited that they are coming, don’t think that,” he said to her. “There isn’t anything you need to know at all,” he mentioned to her. He didn’t really want to talk about the fact that he was crushing on both, Emory and Kaleb.
Spencer thought of how Kaleb and Emory were completely opposite people. Emory was the life of the party and knew how to have a good time. Kaleb was sweet, but once he had a couple drinks in him, that boy did know how to have a good time. “Okay,” she took a sip of her beer. “Well the five of us will have a good time.”
Emory walked through the front door of the building. He scanned the crowd and saw the two familiar faces he was looking for. He made his way over towards them. “Hey,” he said as he took off his jacket and placed it on the back of a chair.
Kaleb had made sure his place was good and Rocket was fed for the night. For the last hour, Kaleb had to find Rocket’s bone because the dog lost it. However, all was well now and he could have his own fun. Checking to get his wallet, keys, and phone Kaleb made way to the bar and quickly found Spencer, Dillon, and Emory. With a small wave, Kaleb grinned as he stepped up to the table. “Hey guys.” Taking his jacket off to show his navy-blue sweater with dark jeans as his full outfit.
Dillon looked over and saw Emory walk in. He smiled softly and spoke softly, “Hello,” he said as he watched Emory. He then saw Kaleb walked in not too long after. “Hey there,” he said to him. He thought that it was kind of weird that he was going to be drinking with both of them, but he wasn’t going to say anything. He was going to just drink and ignore his feelings for the night.
Spencer smiled bright when Emory came strutting through the door, almost immediately followed by Kaleb. She waved the waiter over getting two more glasses. “Hey boys.” She poured them all a drink too. Her eyes flickered from one to the other. “Atticus will be here in a little. He had to rehearse a little more for work. So…. What fun are we going to get into tonight?”
Emory turned and saw Kaleb come in shortly after him. Once the male had his coat off he reached out to give him a hug. “Hey, Spencer didn’t tell me you were coming.” He smiled as he pulled back, then walked over to Spencer and gave her a hug too. “You little minx. I know what you’re up to,” he whispered in her ear. Emory finally made his way over towards Dillon. As he did he replied to Spencer’s question, “I don’t know. Whose idea was it to hit up a bar?” He gave Dillon a hug and spoke into his ear, “Where’s my smile, handsome?”
Kaleb couldn’t remember the last time he had actually been out with a group of friends. He normally came to the bar alone to just drink and have some peace but this was different. These were people that he considered friends and he had also slept with two of them, wanting to sleep with the other as well. As he set his jacket down, Emory reached for a hug, in which Kaleb returned happily. “She didn’t tell me you were coming either.” Looking back to her. As Emory went to Spencer, Kaleb went to Dillon for a hug. “At least we get to hang out plus more food later.” Kaleb straightened up as he looked over to Spencer. “Ooh, I uh. got my results,” he blushed to her.
Dillon watched Emory going around and giving everyone hugs. He then saw the male come over to him and he hugged him back softly. “Sorry,” he said to him before he smiled at him and then sipped from the beer he had in front of him. He then looked over to listen to what Kaleb was saying.
Spencer couldn’t help but smirk when Emory came over and gave her hug, plus the words he whispered in her ear. “I have no idea what you are talking about,” she snickered. “Well I didn’t know all of us would be getting together. I ran into Dillon, he needed to get out and have some drinks. He thought the more the merrier and I couldn’t have agreed more. Here we all are.” She gave them all one of her innocent smiles. Her eyes lit up at Kaleb’s words. “You did? Was I right?”
Kaleb didn’t know why he had said part of the results out loud so he quickly tamed himself and tried to be less awkward about it. Biting his bottom lip with one of the K-9’s as he heard that she invited them out to bring out some fun and have drinks. Which was all good in Kaleb’s book. “You were right” he answered to Spencer with a happy nod. His eyes going over to Emory as well, for the good news of his stressful results. “So- um just beer tonight or we drinking anything else?”
Spencer “That is great news Kaleb. I am so happy for you.” She smiled and raised her glass up. “Well we should cheers to good health.” She clinked her glass with everyone else. “Oh, we start with beer, and we will be ending with tequila. I hope you boys don’t object.”
Emory had leaned over the bar and asked for a bourbon while Spencer explained how they all got there. “Oh, so it was you who’s trying to get us all liquored up?” he asked Dillon. He took a sip of his drink when he heard Kaleb give the good news. Emory gave the male a fist bump. “No beer for me. Too many carbs for my girlish figure,” he joked, “I’m going straight for the good stuff.” He took another sip of his drink.
Dillon watched Emory and he blushed softly. “Yeah… I guess you could say it was me. I wanted to start with liquor, but Spencer here wanted to start with beer, but that’s not anything I am dealing with.” He mentioned to the male. “Well… Get whatever you want and just have it put on my tab.” He said honestly. “I’m making sure we all have a good night.” He said before he walked over to the bar and ordered a vodka on the rocks before he walked back over to the table. He looked at Emory, smiling softly before sipping from the drink. It had been nine years since the last time he drank. He couldn’t believe he was doing this right now, but it was something he needed to do.
Kaleb wiggled his eyebrows to Spencer. “Not going to lie, I don’t really drink beer that much. I’m always drinking whiskey, but I’m down with whatever is set on the table.” He laughed lightly as he accepted the fist bump from Emory. Only to roll his eyes at what he heard. “Oh yes, that girlish figure of yours. Spencer, you have some competition.” Kaleb teased, while he looked over to Dillon with a smile. Kaleb went to the bar to order himself a whiskey.
Spencer threw up her arms. “I would rather be drinking the hard stuff.” She shook her head. “Well this is going to waste.” She laughed. “I want a whiskey, then we can start with some shots.” She watched the way all three boys looked at each other. This was going to be an interesting night for them. She glanced down at her watch wondering if Atticus was going to make it.
Emory ’s brow furrowed at Dillon’s suggestion that’d he was paying. “You don’t have to pay.” He was never comfortable with people buying him things. He laughed as everyone ditched the beer and went to get their liquor of choice instead. “I didn’t mean to start a coo. Now I feel like I need to drink the beer.”
Dillon looked over at Emory and he shrugged his shoulders. “Consider it on me,” he said to him. “Let me do this for you,” he said to him. He shrugged his shoulders again, “Don’t worry. They will be drink at one point or another. No need for you to worry about that, handsome.” He realized what he had said, and blushed. Was the alcohol already hitting him?
Kaleb pouted to see Spencer upset about the beer. “If anything the beer can be a cleansing palette with all the shots for tonight. Surely it will be gone by the end of the night.” Getting his whiskey and taking a fair drink from it. Turning back to Dillon he couldn’t help but ask “I thought you didn’t drink?” From what he was told from the dinner the other night with Dillon. “You sure you don’t want us to chip in a bit? I’m fine with it.”
Spencer shook her head at all the boys. “Tonight is on me. Don’t argue.” Money was never an issue, and she knew Emory was well off, but she knew the boys wouldn’t argue with her. “I am sure the beer will be drunken, or spilled, one or the other.” She laughed. “So…how do you all boys know each other.” She took a long sip of her drink.
Emory leaned back in his chair. A smug smile on his face at getting Dillon to flirt back with him. “I’ll let you buy my drink if you keep calling me handsome,” he teased. Emory took another drag from his drink. He awaited Dillon’s reply to the question of him drinking.
Dillon took a big sip from his drink and after setting it down, he shrugged his shoulders softly. “Fine, handsome.” He said to him. He could already feel the buzz coming on, but he wasn’t going to let it stop him. He looked over at Kaleb and shrugged once again. “I don’t know… I just feel like drinking.”
Spencer was looking between the two of them. Something seemed off about Dillon. Her brows furrowed and she leaned over the table towards him. “You do not look like you are having fun. Did I do something wrong?”
Emory finished his drink before answering Spencer’s question. “Well, Kaleb and I met at a club, and I met Dillon when he ran into me after a run.”
Kaleb nodded at Dillon from his answer. “There’s nothing wrong with that. I like drinking myself.” Grinning to the man before turning back to Spencer as she asked the question. Only for Kaleb’s face to brighten up in a blush from the question. “Um… well I ran into Dillon in the mail room and Emory at the club. Wait, how do you know Emory and Dillon, Spence?”
Dillon leaned over and spoke softly back to Spencer, “No… I’m fine. I’m having fun.” He said with a smile before he leaned back up. He looked at Emory and smiled and then over at Kaleb. He was glad he was out and enjoying himself.
Emory stood up and said, “I plead the fifth on how I know Spencer.” Before walking over to the bar and grabbing another drink.
Spencer had no shame. “Well, I ran into Dillon at the mail room where he turned me down.” She shrugged her shoulders with a smile. “I met Emory and we ended up back at my place. And well, Kaleb, we know how we met, in this bar, where we ended back at your place.” She smiled brightly finishing her drink.
Kaleb tilted his head with curiosity from Emory pleading the fifth only for Spencer to answer for him. “Wait, you two ended up?” Using his pointer and second finger as he chuckled. Only for that blush to grow further from Spencer talking about how her and Kaleb ended up meeting. Able to finish his drink right then, he asked for another one. Now he was really thankful that he got tested.
Spencer eyes lit up when Atticus came through the door. She slipped off her chair and made her way over to him, she jumped up in his arms, arms wrapping around his neck as she kissed him deeply. “Hey sexy.”
Atticus walked into the bar spotting the group and grinned as Spencer came over to him. “Hey, beautiful,” he returned the kiss and hug before letting go of her and grabbing her hand in his own. “So, who’s here?”
Spencer shrugged her shoulders at Kaleb and smirked. She brought Atticus over to the table, grabbing another chair for him to sit beside her, or she would sit on his lap. She hadn’t decided. “Atticus, this is Kaleb and Dillon.” She then pointed over to Emory at the bar. “That is Emory. What did you want to drink?”
Kaleb waved at Atticus, though still trying to get rid of his burning face. “Hello.” Having an awkward wave to him only to get another drink. “Tis, I Kaleb.”
Atticus walked with Spencer over to the table with the three guys. He couldn’t fight his curiosity of how they all knew one another. “Hey, guys. It’s nice to meet you all.” he said, giving them a wave before taking a seat beside Spencer. “Uh, I’ll grab one in a minute,” he said, looking over at Spencer.
Spencer couldn’t help but notice the way Kaleb face was burning face and how awkward he was. Did her confession make him feel that way? Her fingers laced with Atticus’ and squeezed his hand. “I am drinking whiskey. Did you want the same?” She called out to Emory at the bar. “Can you bring two whiskeys with you.”
Atticus “Yeah, whiskey works,” he chuckled and looked over at Kaleb and Dillion. “So, how do you guys know Spence?” his curiosity was getting the best of him. He returned the light squeeze on Spencer’s hand.
Emory heard Spencer. “Sure thing.” He ordered the drinks requested along with his. He also ordered a round of shots to be delivered later. When he did, he told the bartender to close out Dillon and Spencer’s tab and put everything on his card. Carrying the three drinks he made his way back over to the table. “I see the love interest has joined us.” He set the drinks on the table and stuck out his hand for Atticus to shake. “Nice to finally meet you.”
Dillon looked at the other male who had joined them. He smiled softly. “Hello there. I’m Dillon.” He said to him before extending his hand out to him and then pulling it back after they shook their hands. He smiled as he saw Emory coming back with the shots. “Who are those for?” he asked him.
Kaleb ’s face had cooled down as he retrieved another drink. Kaleb was always a little awkward but he pushed it through. With one drink in hand, he made it to the table and set it down as he nodded to Atticus. “Spencer and I met at a bar when I was celebrating my birthday.” He explained to the man. “Nice meeting you.”
Spencer took her drink from Emory and then let her gaze fall on Atticus. She was curious how people would say they knew her. She already told Atticus she had slept with others. “Love interest?” She quipped a brow at Emory. It would get there one day. “These guys are good. You will like them, Atti.” It helped some of the thoughts that invaded her head. “So, we are going to drink lots, do some table dancing and then Atticus and I will go home, and then the three of you can go home together.”
Atticus returned the hand shake to Emory and smiled over at him. They all seemed like nice guys. He listened to Dillion and Kaleb talk about how they knew Spencer and nodded. “So far they seem nice enough,” he smiled over at Spencer and chuckled, hearing that they’d all be going home together made him wonder, but he didn’t get into that one. “How much drinking are we talking?”
Emory “They’re all for me, because I’m a selfish prick,” he teased Dillon, “but you can have one.” He took his drink and sipped it. “You heard me right, doll face.” He listened to her dictate what they would do for the evening and chuckled when she declared he, Kaleb, and Dillon would accompany each other home. “Oh you’d just love that, wouldn’t you, Spence? I’m sure Kaleb would too,” he added with a wink.
Dillon looked over at Spencer as a dark red color showed up on his cheeks. He did not expect Spencer to say what she said at all. He smiled as Emory gave him one of the shots. He sat there with it for a few seconds before he heard what Emory was saying to Spencer and Kaleb. He then took the shot and let it settle for a second before he spoke. “Wow… It’s been a while. We should do more shots.”
Kaleb looked at the shots and happily took one before hearing what Spencer thought was going to happen, only for Emory to add in. His mouth opened but no words came out. What were they up to? Soon it clicked just from the wink from Emory what they meant. “Ooh– Oh! that!” And once again a blush that seemed to match with Dillon’s red cheeks appeared. “You mean that… right, well, drink up yea?”
Spencer couldn’t help but laugh the way Dillon and Kaleb blushed. It was sweet. She could see why Emory wanted both of them. She could see the sexual tension between the three of them. If they all had one night together, things would be a lot less awkward. “I’m sure you guys will figure out the fun stuff on your own.” She laughed leaning into Atticus’ shoulder. Her nose wrinkled when she suddenly thought about how happy she was. “I think we need shots.”
Atticus watched how the guys were interacting with one another. He knew very well that something was going on between them and he found it amusing. His grin grew as he felt Spencer’s head against his shoulder. “Would you like me to go get us some?”
Emory chortled as Kaleb slowly caught on. “Yes. Yes, we do,” he answered the male’s question.
Dillon looked at the people around and shook his head slowly not really sure what to think. It seemed that they were messing with him. He looked at Kaleb and smiled. He then chugged the mug of beer in front of him. He was pretty much drunk now.
Emory glanced over at Dillon who’d been quiet. He picked up Dillon’s empty mug and walked back over to the bar, and came back just a quickly. He placed a cup of water down in front of him. Then sat back in his chair. “So, how’d you meet Spencer?” he directed his question at Atticus.
Spencer was happy to see that Emory noticed that Dillon had a little too much and brought the male some water. She worked on her drink. She liked how the guys all stumbled over their words. She mouthed ‘thank you’ to Emory and then looked up at Atticus to see how he would answer that.
Kaleb knew he was awkward and this was one of those moments. But he took the shot and slung it back. “I’ve never… done that, ” he said truthfully. However, he had been exploring and having more fun than usual. Glancing back over to Dillon, the smile seemed to have relaxed Kaleb a little. “Now, just out of curiosity has everyone "mingled’ with everyone in this group? I’m getting those vibes and not that I’m not for it. I’m all for it. You all are very attractive and I’m just you know… Never mind, dumb question. I’m gonna shut up now,” Kaleb rambled.
Atticus “We met in LA, I had to convince her to let me take her out on an actual date. It took quite a while actually,” he chuckled and looked over at Spencer before back at Emory. He was liking this group of friends Spencer had so far. Once he heard Kaleb ask if everyone there had 'mingled’ with one another he furrowed his brows and glanced around the group of people. “I mean… I know I’ve only mingled with one person here,” he looked over at Spencer, curiously, “What about you?”
Dillon being the drunk person that Dillon was, he looked over at the cup of water and shooed it away. He turned towards Kaleb and spoke, “Well. I mean… I haven’t done anything with anyone here, but I would most certainly like to.” He spoke honestly as he looked at Kaleb. “Don’t shut up. I like the sound of your voice.” He then turned to Emory. “You’re very attractive, too," he said as he looked at Emory. He grabbed the male by his shirt and pulled him down, kissing him softly. If he didn’t have any alcohol in him he definitely wouldn’t have done that.
Spencer laughed. "It did take a lot to convince me.” And she was happy that he did. She was waiting for Atticus to ask her that. She had no reason to lie to him, but first found herself intrigued with Dillon’s sudden outgoing personality. “Well if I am being honest, I have slept with Kaleb and Emory. Dillon is gay. Atti, you would have more luck with him than me. If you did get his attention, all I ask is that I watch.” She was being cheeky when she gave a cheeky smile looking up at him.
Kaleb heard from Atticus that he had only mingled with Spencer. “Okay gotcha, but Spencer and Emory mingled and he and I mingled, then she and I did. Of course, like, I’ve been out and bisexual for at least three, four months now. It’s all very new and yea.” He continued to carry on, only to hear from Dillon that he hadn’t been with anyone. But more so hearing he would do something. “Well alright. I like the fact that you have a batman tramp stamp,” he teased Dillon as he bit his bottom lip. Only to see Dillon grab at Emory and watching those two kiss. “Oh mylanta…”
Atticus furrowed his brows looking over at Spencer as he heard that she had slept with two of the three guys they were currently handing out with. “I see…” he shook the thought from his head and watched the two guys begin to kiss. He definitely didn’t mind seeing that, and couldn’t help but smirk at Kaleb’s comment.
Emory had been sitting there with a bemused expression on his face as he listened to Kaleb ramble on. The guy truly did have a knack for being hot and adorable all at once. Already knowing mostly everyone’s answer to the question, he still sat there with the same expression on his face. However, he wasn’t given the chance to respond when Dillon reached over and grabbed him by his shirt. Then proceeded to kiss him. The bold action had taken Emory aback. He could probably count the number of times the guy had turned down his advances on both hands, and here he was kissing him. It took Emory a moment to react, but a second later his hands found their way in Dillon’s hair pulling him closer into the kiss.
Spencer slanted her head and watched Emory and Dillon play tonsil hockey. “Break it up boys.” She saw when Atticus’ eyes moved to watch the two kiss, her teeth sank into her bottom lip. She knew her boyfriend was bisexual. One very hot bisexual. Kaleb was adorable with his rambling when drunk. “Are you jealous Dillon didn’t kiss you?” she chuckled, thanking the waiter for bring five shots of tequila. “Dillon I think you should sit this shot out. I am sure Emory can handle both.” She winked at him.
Dillon felt Emory pulling him in closer and he allowed it to go on. He stayed there for a couple of seconds before he pulled away slowly. He took a sip of the water that was sitting on the table. He looked at Spencer. “Something tells me that I will be okay,” he said to her. “I would like to join in on this,” he said to Spencer before shaking his head again. “I’ll be fine. I know how much I can and cannot handle.”
Kaleb watched as the two continued their kiss, however his face turned back when Spencer asked if he was jealous from the kiss. Honestly, Kaleb was a little turned on from watching. “If the man says he can handle his alcohol he can.” Kaleb smiled only to take another shot himself. Kaleb wasn’t one for bold moves but after seeing that kiss, Kaleb waited for Dillon to take his shot before tugging at Dillon’s shirt, lips connecting in a hot heat.
Spencer took her shot, a pleased smile etched into her features. Her hand slid between Atticus legs, squeezing his thigh. She had a good buzz going and honestly, she just wanted to get home with her boyfriend and they could have their own fun. “Well it seems like the three of you have an interesting night ahead of you.” She glanced over at Emory. “I want details later.” She chuckled then looked up at Atti. “You ready to go?”
Dillon took his shot that was set on the table. He then felt himself being tugged over to Kaleb. He gasped softly as he kissed him back, allowing their lips to connect deeply.
Atticus watched the men and it brought back memories of the last time he was with a guy. He shook them from his thoughts as he looked over at Spencer. Her hand was riding up his leg and it was very distracting. “Uh, yeah.” He nodded. “It was really nice meeting you all,” he said and chuckled as there was more kissing going on. “Enjoy the night.”
Emory let the other male pull away. He was happy to have kissed Dillon, but not all that thrilled by the circumstances. But beggars couldn’t be choosers. Emory watched as Dillon insisted he could drink more, which Emory was doubting. He watched Kaleb and Dillon lock lips this time. His attention drifted to Spencer. “Yeah, yeah. Have fun yourself,” he told her initially then directed the rest of the statement to the both. “Nice meeting you too.”
Kaleb kept the kiss deep and was happy to feel the other man’s lips on his once again. Not knowing that this was some sort of set up at all at first. Holding in for another thirty more seconds, he broke away to smile softly at Dillon. Kaleb’s goodbye to the couple being an okay figure with his hands. “Have fun!” Grinning to the couple.
Dillon watched the two leave after pulling away from the kiss. He sat there in the chair as he looked from Kaleb over to Emory “So uhm….. Do you wanna head out of here?” he asked them.
Spencer stood up and went to kiss Emory’s cheek goodbye, whispering, “I know not what you wanted, but at least things are out in the open now.” She messed up his hair before shaking her head at Kaleb and Dillon. “You two behave.” She went over and took Atticus hand, leaning down to kiss him before he stood up. “Let’s go home.” Which meant, let’s go to his place.
Kaleb nodded as he turned to Emory. “I’m game if you all are. We can put on an extra-long movie,” he said using quotations to make it funny at this point
Emory watched Spencer and Atticus’s retreating figures. His attention went back to the two men before him. “Yeah. Let’s get out of here,” he pushed back his chair and stood. “But first you finish that,” he looked Dillon dead in the eyes and pointed at the water, his tone stern. “I’ll be right back,” he informed them both. Emory walked over to the bar and closed out the tab. He opened his wallet putting the three credit cards in, he’d give Spencer hers back tomorrow, took a $50 out of his wallet and gave it to the bartender. Then made his way back to the men waiting for him. “Ready?” he asked as he slipped his jacket back on.
