Physically, eyes are always what capture Jade’s interest first. Striking eyes are absolutely beautiful to her and she often finds herself getting distracted by others in that regard. 

A sharp jaw line is another thing she finds beautiful / attractive.

One time Laurelis had to be brave is when she first faced a primal — Ifrit. Despite her immense fear, Laurelis put on a brave face and summoned all the bravado she could possibly muster. I touch upon this in a short ficlet with her best friend, Illya. Assuming she was alone, the situation would have proceeded more or less the same. She can’t let down everyone who’s depending on her. She’ll push on regardless of her fears.

19) If your character was suddenly challenged, would they rather run away or stay and fight?

Oh N’orelle would absolutely stay and fight. She’s not scared of anything - not of that sort anyway. Which, isn’t to say she’s completely foolhardy and overconfident! If she’s obviously overwhelmed she knows to make a strategic retreat, but her instinct is definitely to fight, every time. [uncommon character development]

Desimir has a great distaste and mild fear of chocobo. He always has been since he left his mountain home and first saw one, and cannot stand being near them. He won’t actively come out and say that he is afraid of them, but he will try to avoid riding one or walking near them by play it off that he enjoys walking by himself.

Random said this one is answered for Sahyo’a! 

He no longer wants the... specific memories related to the death of his extended family. The event itself is something he doesn’t want to forget because it’s something that gives him drive and the idea of being “innocent to the evil in the world” is very scary to him.

But, you know, he wants to lose the memory of seeing his parents die. 

I don’t think he’s forgotten anything particularly interesting. There’s times when he’s been too drunk or too high to remember much, and of course he doesn’t have specific memories of his childhood, but nothing... remarkable.

A box wrapped meticulously in deep green paper arrives via post, topped by a simple white bow and a label with nothing more than 'The Kenors' written on it. Inside there's a healthy pouch of homemade chocolates, a wooden spoon, a note, and an envelope. The note reads, in rather ornamented handwriting; 'Happy Starlight! Despite how it pained her so, the woman had slowly moved outside to sit on the deck that had been built in her absence. She welcomed such a thing, as it was near enough to the door that even on her worst days, she could still move to sit in the sun. 

It was during this move to sit out in the sunlight, and small amount of snow, that she noticed this gift that sat upon their porch. She giggled softly at the name on the tag. 

“The Kenors, hmm? I suppose we will be such a thing soon, won’t we?” came her soft murmur as she her face brightened into a smile. “I’m excited for that… To have her as my wife… What a dream…”

Sitting upon the nearby chair, she began to carefully unwrap the paper, just as she had with the gift from Zel as she examined each gift as they came into view, although she left the envelope for last. Popping a chocolate into her mouth, she glanced over the spoon and had a feeling she knew who the gift would be from. It had such fine workmanship and she was sure that Vel would be proud to use it within the cafe. Nimble fingers which had begun to shake occasionally since their return home picked up the note, smiling at the warmth and love she felt through her friend’s words.

Her interest soon moved onto the last gift — an envelope, and with curiosity nagging at her, she very quickly opened it before letting out an excited squeal as the sleepy baby miqo’te came into view.

“Oh! What a sweetheart, look at how precious you are… I can’t wait to meet you… I’ll have to get her plenty of gifts before we make a visit to them… We need to pick up the pets soon also…” Her finger tapped against her chin in thought. “I wonder if we can do it all in the same trip..?” Her eyes misted over slightly as she gazed to the closed door. “That’s if she’s okay soon…”

Aaa, thank you for this sweet gift!!! Jade’s so excited to meet baby Rose and she can’t wait to see you and Shiun again soon! There’s some hints in this as to things that have been going on, bc I enjoy angst with my fluff!!
