Dallis Coffee's New York Espresso at Aubreve. Overheated and toasty but served with kindness in a lovely Not Neutral demitasse.

Iris Espresso from Brooklyn Roasting Company at Aubreve. Short and roasty, but still fairly well balanced. It'd be decent in a latte, but not particularly enjoyable as a straight shot.
