The Lost Sound (Miscommunication)
Gameplay (Update):
During the game, it'll show what the relics are and what sounds they resonate with. The player will use sonar type beacon that sends a wave that resonates with near by relics, but it will also resonate with other dangers near by. Following the wrong sounds may get you killed or on higher danger. The player ability to distinguish the right sound throw (the noises are key). Noise, Memory and Sound with a sense of urgency are key to the game
Time limit towards finding the relics, that need to be taken in the right order. When the relics resonate and you go towards the right direction, a visual hint in the environment may serve as a guide telling that you are headed to the right direction. Some enemies may pick up a run and go different places making the runes more difficult to track.
Multiplayer:
Is about “deceit” and “misdirection” on a multiplayer game. Where all players must capture all the relics and steal them from other players that have founds the ones you need. Mislead them to their doom and take their runes by leaving fake sound beacons that mimic the relics they need (which is the one you have). Player must decide is it worth the risk and whether or not to trust a sound, a risk of also awaking something in the forest. Player must be silent but risk making a sound to find the runes within the time limit.
