Audio Editing Commissions!
As some of you are aware, I am the main editor and SFX mixer for @jdteahour podcast and serial readings. This is something I greatly enjoy despite my busy schedule.
However, times are a-changin’.
Due to circumstances, I am looking to make this a potential source of income. I’m still going to be busy with JDTeahour, and we are still working on that serial (things are progressing amazingly, and I can’t wait for you all to see what we’ve been up to behind the scenes!) but I am going to be opening up commissions for audio and SFX work for the spoken word by the end of this week!
What does this mean?
Do you have an MP3 lying around with a podfic or of your own written word, but don’t have the desire/know-how/equipment to clean it up? Are there outtakes, background noise, or inconsistencies you want corrected? Is there a podcast of yours that just needs a cleaner sound?
I might just be your gal.
This time round, I will be at a greatly reduced rate-- despite the year of working with our podcast and serial reading-- I am still relatively new in the field and am working to establish myself. Take advantage of this opportunity!
