I bought one of these sleeping masks with headphones because someone on here (sadly forgot who) wrote about it and I made a kind of sleep deprived impulse buy as a result.

Finally have it, but no idea what audio to use it for? Any recommendations / ideas? I want to use it mostly as a sleeping aid, but new hypno stuff (kinky, but not exclusively) is what I am mostly interested in.
