Even if it’s for just a free consultation, you should seek council. Contact any workers comp attorneys you find in his area and get multiple opinions about what his options are and what even would be the first step in getting what USPS is denying him. Take advantage of the free help. I’m sorry your dad is going through this and I hope you can find relief from your stress. He can fight this and he can win but it’s a long game and you need experienced opinions.

I’m gonna be seeing my dad later on tonight so i’ll bring this up to him and see if he’s considered seeking an attorney

Also talked with one of my friends last night about another possible option and I don’t think he’s considered it yet so i’m gonna bring that up to him as well
