you'll feel amazing when you get it done! like even if you don't finish the thing it's still great! just clearing the floor of dirty clothes and putting them in the washer, or clearing you desk or making your bed, it's all progress! do things in order from what you like the least to the most and it'll motivate you to finish one task so you can get on with the next!

i did get up and start to get things done if only cause my bestie texted me immediately to nag me into being productive lmao, it really helps having someone to push you a bit and hold you as accountable as they can from another state lmaooo

It depends. My advice would be to think about if you really want to have sex with him or if you just really want to have sex. And then also think about how it would be between you two afterwards. Also, don't try and use this to figure out your sexuality, as that's not fair on either of you.
