“ Spin me ‘round just to pin me down, I’ll be gone by the night’s end. “
It was a promise. He’d avoided far more people and far angrier people than the inquisition, at any hint that he was being manipulated, that he was being mislead or sold off to the Templars, he would be out, he would be gone before they could understand how he’d found out. It would be a shame, he wanted nothing more than to help.
But he didn’t want to die. Not yet.

META MEME
☼ — for a happy thought/idea/theory
I’ve mentioned it before, that had her sister not been discovered as a mage and wanted by templars to be brought to the Circle, I think Meredith would be someone entirely different than the woman we see in DA2.
She loved Amelia, admired her, even in her quiet nature that preferred to mind her own, to tend to the garden, and care for their parents. Had she continued to grow up in that environment, Meredith would likely follow suit in Amelia’s footsteps, minding her own and protecting her sister. Perhaps then, they may have left Kirkwall together, to live elsewhere and aid Amelia in growing a private garden where she could spend her days as an apostate without fear.

The bottom of his feet, under his jaw, his scalp, and his stomach.

At one point she believes it’s called ‘being caught red handed’. When days grow agonizingly s l o w within Skyhold. it’s up to a certain rogue to create some excitement. Arms were quick to meet behind her back with hands linking, foot scooting ( something ) in an attempt to hide it behind her legs. Up to something was about clear as day, but she wasn’t about to give into WHAT it was too easily. Lips are forming into a sly smirk that maybe this place knows too well ------
‘– you rang? Well, dunno about rang, but you’re ‘ere & I’m ‘ere so you needed me yeah? I take it.’
