August Bullet Journal Spread

August which is the initial starting of the fall months, pumpkin spice, and school! Although the month, ends in a dreary mood, I decided to not focus on any negative or mundane that you see in literally everyone’s fall journal. So I did a french leaves theme, last November/December many of my friends went on this French foreign exchange trip and they showed me pictures. So I took some of their photos and tried to recreate the tree leaves and then I just googled the leaves after a bit because they were too hard to draw by a blurry picture. So I did a nice french leaf theme this August, and my cover page is just the month in french surrounded by a wreath of France’s beautiful leaves.

Then the quote page, I actually turned into a music theme, because in August 2017, JYP announced that they were going to launch a new reality survival show to launch a male group and that group though hardship and many heartbreaking moments (Felix and Lee Know) is now known as Stray Kids.

 So they’re my quote page of the month, and over the top, in french it says “Vous faites rester les stray kids” (you make stray kids stay) and then at the bottom, I wrote stray kids in Korean (which I am also learning very slowly though). 

Then we have our normal monthly spread which doesn’t have much except for college tours and the beginning 1.4 weeks of school! 

Then our mood tracker is sticking to those leaves, these I just googled and found how to draw them online, and my habit tracker which includes studying for my ACT, my morning stretches, and making sure I am keeping up with my blog and Tumblr!

This is just the way I choose to keep my bullet journal for right now, especially because I am trying to keep my life with school and college application under control, so soon I will be using a weekly journal and just seeing how things work out because right now many things are up in the air. So keeping a bullet journal definitely helps me keep my thoughts on paper, and who knows maybe at the end of this bullet journal, I will be able to do a year’s flip through!
