AUNT 2026

I can’t even begin to express my emotions and feelings from this event. I feared that once I started writing this, I wouldn’t be able to stop. 💗(〃∇〃) Story time below the cut.

While writing, I’m truly balling my eyes out. This was the best first event ever… I’m selfishly saying I’m so proud of myself for taking this step after only being in the community for almost 3 years. 19-year-old me would’ve never seen this coming, and if she did, she’d be so proud… and all thanks to the greatest humans I’ve ever met along this journey. 🫂

I first want to begin the beginning of my trip which was meeting @sinful-nights during my layover after 3 years of talking on Tumblr… 😭 We admitted we both were nervy but talking about the event and how ready we were, that was the first official step proving that this wasn’t a dream and is in fact happening. We flew on the same flight and landed at our destination, reached out to see if anyone else was in the airport so we could save on Uber cost. Right then and there I met the sweetest, prettiest girl evaaa @tinydancer1112 and a huge thank you to @ler-of-the-burg for picking us all up and making us feel comfy along the way back to the hotel and our stop in between. <3

At this point, it didn’t sink in that this is real… until people started showing up more and more at the hotel. I was waiting for people to show up and got a message from someone to come to their room, which is where I also met @shy-ticklish-lee for the first time… sweetest, prettiest ever too, and I feel like we clicked right away… we expressed how we’re both newbies and nervy the first day while hers and my feet were in this person’s lap, which was fun we got up to some silly tword stuff. XD

After that, I went to go find @mister-ttt because he mentioned he arrived, so I went to give him a hug and chatted for a short while. He was so nice to me this entire weekend, which shocked me because usually he’s a big stinki meanie. ヽ( ˘∪˘ )ゝThat’s when I went to leave his room, opened the door, and saw @xcelsior24 right across the hall open his door too. We were both in a state of shock and excitement, so I ran up to him and gave the biggest hug ever after 3 years of being friends on Tumblr as well. 😭🫂

I had a great session with @/sinful-nights with me as the ler and lee. ler happy was so soooo nice to him. Stay tuned yall will see some content proving I was super duper nice. 😇😇 When it was my turn to be the lee… psh I was so big and strong I fought him off easily, not much to say here about this… omg he was strong asf ajshhahaj and like I couldn’t move when he pinned me down and attacked my hips and like I was so flustered and liiiiiike the grooming gloves too?? Immediate jail time like what the- big meanie !!! 😵‍💫😵‍💫

I also had a great session with @/xcelsior24 with me as the ler twice for him with our one-on-one seshys… yes, you heard that right. Ler happy~ OOooOoooOOoOoo~ 💅 Don’t worry though because once again, I was sooooo nice to him. Don’t believe what he says about me being mean bc I’m def not. 🤭 He’s the king of TSB so it was super easy to tease him all weekend at the most random times. ;)

@the-purple-shirted-tickler hosted an amazing Mario Kart event in his room two different times, which is where @/sinful-nights, @/tinydancer1112, @/xcelsior24, and @/shy-ticklish-lee all were as well. My pals, ughhhh 😭 We took turns trying to play while other people tickled the players; it was a great time. We had some banter about @/the-purple-shirted-tickler’s stocks and how someone should go in them… we all bullied mister king of TSB @/xcelsior24 about how he should get in them; he took that offer right away. After his toes were tied, @/shy-ticklish-lee, @/tinydancer1112, and I all tickled, bullied, and targeted his poor feet in the stocks… we got him to safeword, but I promise we were all soooooo nice, so I wonder how that could’ve happened 😇😇 it maybe could’ve been because we all had our mean but pretty nails on his feet and used oil, grooming gloves, all, and in between, tickled his upper body. teheheheh 😏

I met @ticklefantasynyc and @kylespenceboy. We talked about lots of things… if ykyk… but some highlights were “MusAAm” or “Baeg” LOL. Oh, and hmm, which is the best borough again?? Staten Island, right? 😏💀 It was also fun playing Uno Flip, Uno, and Jenga in the lobby with y’all. I hope we can become great friends. 😂

I don’t know… I could go on about this event for paragraphs. From the official events to the unofficial events, to the story about @/xcelsior24’s cosmic brownies, SHOT’ O CLOCK, the 6 a.m. bedtime and 10am wake up time, the play fighting, the food runs, the newbie mixer, to the amount of foot massages I got (which admittedly was a lotttt) 🤤🤤🤤🤤 Lord my feet were spoiled. I miss it so big. The blanket fort, the pool event, to @/mister-ttt grabbing me breakfast, the 4 a.m. parties with music, the tword fights, the walks down the hallway on every level. I really have many stories and memories from this event. My heart is very full. 🥲

So thankful for the friendships I have made. I miss you all so heckin MUCHHHH. Take me back right nowwwww ‼️‼️🫂

I’d be lying if I didn’t say this weekend was a bit of a blur at times because so much happened… 👀 It felt like a dream I never wanted to wake up from. Alas, I am hooked. Cannot wait for my next event to make more friendships and reunite with the friendships I’ve made. Cheers to more memories and laughs.

AUNT 2026

Honestly this experience is so hard to put into words. I was scared shitless going into this event. I never thought I would do anything like this, ever. The night before I left, I felt my anxiety spike as I was finishing packing. And it never really went away until a bit into the event.

The first night I was mostly just standing in the corner, feeling overwhelmed but still making some connections! But as time went on, it got easier and I was able to open up and form friendships that I will take with me for the rest of my life.

I have so many good memories from this event. Late nights, Mario Kart, too many shots, laughter, pool party, but mostly just happiness from being with my new friends.

The morning I left, I was flooded with emotions because I didn’t want to say goodbye to all the people I had quickly become friends with. It’s still hard on my heart because I miss everyone so much, but I know that I’ve made lifelong friendships and will see everyone again soon 💙

I want to thank everyone for making my experience so special. There are way too many people to shoutout but I wanted to thank some of you here.

@quietlee99 Thank you for allowing me to uber with you to the hotel! It was so amazing to FINALLY meet you in person and I’m so lucky to have you as a friend 😊 I’m so happy you were the first person I met and can’t wait to see you again 💙

@sptfrtkl You are the reason I had the courage to attend AUNT. I wouldn’t have had this incredible experience if you didn’t help me overcome my nerves. I loved hanging out with you and finally having my turn on the Blue Brat 🤭

@xcelsior24 @happydayz101 @tinydancer1112 @the-purple-shirted-tickler @sinful-nights I had the most amazing time hanging with you guys. Our Mario Kart night was one of my highlights and we absolutely need to do it again. (Including ganging up on @xcelsior24 again, right ladies? 🤭) You all are so special to me 💙

@meticuloustickleswitch I can’t believe how quickly we connected and how close we are now. Our time together was amazing and thank you for everything. I’m so happy that I approached you that one night! We definitely need to hang out again soon ☺️

I’m so sorry if we met and I didn’t tag you, I’m still putting faces/names to tumblr usernames 😂 But honestly every single person who I interacted with was so incredible and you all have changed the course of my life. I never thought in a million years that I would’ve had the courage to do this but I am so glad that I did. ❤️

alright, i was going to keep my mouth shut, but i need to give my two cents on something real quick.

i don’t think it’s fair to judge people’s morality for going to AUNT.

what happened to Harmony was fucking terrible.

and yes, we need to stop allowing, or worse, rewarding, people who enable shitty behavior.

HOWEVER

all of this unfolded very very close to AUNT, forcing people to make a pretty quick decision.

now there are two main aspects to this decision, but let’s start with the logistical one.

i would guess that most people, if not everyone, attending already had arrangements for travel, lodging, etc.

and that shit’s expensive.

and idk about you guys, but i’m just not in a good enough place financially that i would have booked with an airline that would give me a refund.

and i’m definitely not in a good enough place financially that i would be willing to lose all, or even part, of that money i’ve already put into going.

so yeah, to be completely transparent, for financial reasons alone, i probably would’ve gone too.

let’s talk about the other reason: friendship.

gatherings are just that. a space for people to gather. a space for friends to meet.

now, i haven’t been to any gatherings myself, so i’m going to compare it to something that A) i can personally relate to and B) i think is accurate, based on what i’ve heard and read about gatherings.

this past summer, i did a musical. and i made the most amazing friends doing it. i genuinely had the best summer ever, all because of them.

about a third of the way through the process, we discovered that the artistic director at the theatre is a pretty shitty person.

could i have dropped out? sure. would my summer have been less stressful if i had? absolutely.

but, in the grand scheme of things, the artistic director isn’t involved in the every day workings of the show. he’s just the organizer. and i made new, fantastic friends who i did see every day.

and yes, i hated the fact that i was performing for a theatre run by a bad person, further giving him the confidence to continue to say and do whatever he wants with no consequences. but, at the end of the day, my friends won out. and i don’t regret that.

will i perform for that theatre again, this summer? well that depends on whether or not things change.

but i just wasn’t ready to leave that show and my friends that i was already so invested in because of some shitty and really unfortunate information that i had just learned. and idk. i think that’s okay.

okay i’m done with the theatre analogy, and i know it’s not a perfect analogy, but do y’all kind of get what i’m saying??

they didn’t choose to go because they hate Harmony or because they think that what happened to her and how it was handled was okay.

they chose to go for friendship. and i can understand that.

and if you can’t, you can continue to judge them.

but you can’t continue to call them bad people and flood their inboxes and make them feel terrible. because that’s not helping anybody either.

Aunt 2026

So now I’m home I’m able to make this post, this years aunt was amazing, it was both my second aunt and second gathering.

First of course finally after 3 years I finally meet @happydayz101 and it was wonderful 😭 she’s proof that making genuine connections and building trust is important. Our sessions were the best I’ve ever had and just spending time with her was amazing 💙

Meeting @theminipotat was also something planned and it was pure joy, we couldn’t do everything we planned but what we didn’t plan and ended up doing made up for it. Lux you are loved, valued and appreciated never forget that 🫂

Made new friends @xcelsior24 @shy-ticklish-lee @tinydancer1112 and @the-purple-shirted-tickler and we all just hung out in a room playing Mario kart 😂🔥

And lastly reconnecting with everyone else who I met last year @theowylshop @sptfrtkl @sugarsoakertkl @yourlittlettoy @jerjero @puzz-ler @starrmystique despite of it was brief or not was wonderful, going in and out of the party rooms, seeing and hearing the laughter from both sinful and non sinful acts, and all around just feeling at home.
