A letter arrived at Kya's doorstep, her name scrawled in familiar handwriting: "Dearest Aunt Kya, It has been too long since we last talked, and I miss you dearly here on the island. Bumi has recently arrived, and you know your brother better than anyone I'm sure. He is already up to his crazy antics and pranks, yet it is not like last time when we were at Gran Gran's reunion. You were there then, and I really wish you were here now. You inspire me, and I will adore you forever. Love, Jinora"

Kya smiled broadly at the letter she held in her hand.  She walked into her house, grabbed a pen and paper, and wrote a response.

"My dear and lovely Jinora,

I miss you so much, darling!  I am so sorry that I have been absent from everyone's lives lately.  However, I'm back in Republic City, now!  And as far as I know, I'm staying for good!

I saw your Uncle Bumi today, actually!  He is quite crazy, isn't he?  Imagine growing up with him!  I thought your daddy was going to explode with the amount of antics he had to put up with between Bumi and I.

It means so much to me for you to say that I inspire you!  I've missed you so much, little Nora.  I talked to your daddy today, too, and I'm coming to visit you all soon.
