that shit slowly but surely is becoming a reality. Mcdonalds by 34th street and 7 ave. Got the kiosk machine to take orders. Target at Atlantic downtown Bk was only doing self checkout last time I was in that joint.
At mcdonalds I love that shit though just pressing a screen and your order is placed. Minimal human contact excellent for an introvert like me. But I dont like they had someone bringing your food to you where you sat its like 3 floors.
But at targets and supermarkets I prefer Human interaction to self checkouts. Doesnt matter what I like they going to do what makes the most profit bottom line.
