something i’ve been thinking about today is how frequently the word “noble” is used in regards to vfd and how rarely “good” or “kind” or “just” are. at least for me, i associate being “noble” much more with being “honorable” or “righteous” or the appearance of being good and moral rather than actually being good and moral.
