Please tell me I'm not the only one who dislikes the weird eon bust(?) chestplate aurora has.

Not to mention how much i dislike her button nose. What ever higher ups in toys for bob and or activision were afraid of making their female skylanders non-humaniod and have bigger noses. ?!?!?! She's eon's niece!!! let her have a simular nose my god. (art is my own)

I love aurora's solar flare variant, sickest fucking shit. She thinks she is so fucking cool and awesome and I can't agree more. I love my daughter so much

I still love that thing that the Mask of Power books did, in which they established Eon having some sort of telepathic link with his Skylanders. It’s really interesting, and I feel like it helps explain why/how Eon knows when to call the Skylanders back home if they’re tired or in trouble or something.

But also I imagine that it’d be very funny if this extended to Sensei Kaos and the other Skylanders, cuz let’s not forget: he’s still 100% a Portal Master. I love the idea of him creating his own mental links between him and other Skylanders just to be a nuisance. He keeps beaming thoughts directly into people’s heads and they hate it.

Aurora’s having fun though. She and Kaos keep using the brainlink to wordlessly quote YouTube Poops at each other. They deliberately get songs stuck in each other’s heads via telepathy.

the thing about aurora is that she’s silly. like. she’s silly.

when eon denied her a spot on the skylanders team, she responded by doing the reasonable thing—studying swordfighting and combat arts under the alias of “Boss Blades McSlashinator” because that is a totally chill and normal superhero name for someone to have. of course. much of her moveset consists of her running at people with a pair of swords at breakneck speeds. one of her basic upgrades gives her the power to manifest swords made of pure light that are basically bombs, because why not. why not create swords that explode. her alternate upgrade path is called “Fastest Skylander Alive.” imagine being a chompy and seeing a sword-wielding miniature master eon charging after you like a bullet train. her soul gem ability boosts her stats, allowing her to kill you faster.

needless to say, i love her dearly.
