Favorite Childhood Book: Deltora's Quest. I sometimes go back and read them, marveling at how basic their narrative structure is, how simplistic the storytelling prose is, but tween me loved them. I still adore them. I want to read them cover-to-cover when I have the chance.
Currently Reading: I'm currently reading (listening to) the Gotrek and Felix series by William King. A foul-mannered dwarven slayer wielding a starmetal axe, who swore to seek his doom to atone for a great crime in the eyes of his people, and a human ex-scholar-turn-political dissident, who drunkenly swore to record that doom after Gotrek saved his life, and is now regretting his life's choices.
Currently Watching: Lord of the Rings.
Currently Consuming: Extra Strength Dilmah tea at this very moment, with a glass of water to chase it. I'm contemplating what to have to brunch, or even to have any. I'm trying to lose a bit of weight and I've got to be very careful about my indulgences until those scales show a number I like.
