Aurora Historia; Bound by Blood
Aurora stood at the edge of the of the shore as directed by the old hobbit, the instructions were quite simple; Steal a handful full of gold and toss seven gold coins one by one as if into a wishing well. The thunderstorm in the distance pushed the waves heavier than normal, the cool salty wind pressed against his face as Aurora dug his toes into the wet sand allowing it to fill between each toe. Aurora’s face was beat red and puffy. The young farmer cried all the way to his destination. His town was destroyed by the syndicate. His friends have all but died and he had no family he knew of... But all that was about to change. He was going to become the strongest warrior Azeroth had ever witnessed, at least he thought..
Aurora gripped the satchel of coins in his hand, loosening the leather strap from the top and digging deep. He pulled out a solid coin, falling to his knees with a splash. Aurora sobbed over the coins...
“This… is what it has come down to.”
The cool salty water quickly soaked his cloth linens. with all his might, he threw one coin... The small coin flipped, and twisted, as it came to a splash into the water. It’ did what any coin would and slowly sank to the baron ocean floor... Aurora leaned over looking into the clear water at his pathetic reflection. The thought of his enemies flashed into his mind as he tossed another coin. Aurora was enraged, He grit his teeth as images of swords and daggers being shoved into his townsfolk blinked into his mind. He threw another. Lightning struck across the sky startling the Elf slightly. The storm was coming and he started to have doubt in this.. He remained sunk into the soft wet sand, the sea started to rise and the waves pushed at his waist. He gripped another coin, tossing it as far as he could making another wish. One after the other he threw the coins deep into the ocean...
Aurora sat with one coin left to throw. Nothing was happening... He was a fool to throw coins into the ocean…
“ No… “ Aurora said softly.. Guilt and anger started to fill him… Thoughts of the Hermit laughing at Aurora as he sat on his knees waist deep in the ocean flickered. He sighed softly to humor the situation tossing the last coin deep into the water. Still nothing... Aurora’s patience’s was dwindling... He was becoming furious. He wasn’t going to sit here to be made a mockery of and to wish upon some false Idol. Aurora slowly stood up feeling defeated, but he knew what he had to... Aurora shout was deafening. As he screamed;
“Then what? when my delusions come to Fruition, will it strangle me into nothingness? and will I be reborn from the dreams of this blasphemous fool? “
“No, I know what I will do.. “Aurora gripped his hands making a tight fist, a new form of light filled him with hope. He had an idea.
Aurora continued to scream “I will earn back all my years, And this god of a nightmare will fall. as I take back what is…”
