Hey, just wanted to say that your Tattered Weave game stuff looks really cool! Is it at all based on Weaver Dice, or is it just something you put together yourself? Either way, congrats on such a cool game!

Thanks so much!  I put a ton of work into it, and while I’m sure it’s by no means my best work, I’m really glad people are having fun, and the fact that people outside the gaming group would pay attention at all is mind-blowing to me.  It’s really all 100% Aurorawolfa and her ineradicable artistic talent’s fault.

To answer the question, I wanted to run a worm RPG, so I downloaded the Weaver Dice rules, but I ended up not really feeling like they were what I wanted, so I ended up building out the (currently 20 something pages) rule-book myself.  I stole and only mildly edited the advantage/disadvantage system, then built the rules out from there.  I think it’s turning out pretty well, and after the game concludes and I feel like it’s playtested enough, I’ll probably post the rules online, on tumblr and maybe r/parahumans, and see if anyone likes them.

this is a rather old one and i feel as if i’ve shared it before but i often remember being envious of the hunters at times because i felt as if i was weak in comparison to their combat ability.

and to be honest, i kind of am weak, i don’t know if i’d even be able to defend myself.

but they’re wonderful at what they do, i couldn’t be prouder. i just wish i could help more.
