(From AuthenticBilinski) This absolutely sounds like something Stiles and bear would do: ❁ grandma bear's beach house...
It wasn’t something they really needed talking into. Watching Grandma’s house for a week. Her house was a large wooden house, victorian by build. Ancient, much like her. Painted in a bright yellow colour and perched neatly atop of a hill that gave a grand view of the alley below, and the small patch that led down to the ocean on the other side. In summer, lush foliage was everywhere. The tall old oak trees stood steady as they always had, and wildflowers were blooming. The only patch kept truly clear from nature was the garden itself, which was clearly being taken care of. Shrubberies containing berries were in the back, and apple-trees were soon to bear fruit.
As they arrived, Stiles, Arthur, Liam, Scott and Grayson. She was delighted to see them.
“-Nana!” Arthur shrieked. Seeming like a little kid again and, not caring much about the though boy image, ran straight up to her for a big hug.
“-My darlings! Oh you brought your friends, how lovely. Have you ever been by the ocean my dearies?” she was clearly past 70, and had grey long hair in a braid down her shoulder. A floral dress and a pair of wellies on. Though she took time to greet and give them all a handshake.
“-Now, now, I know my babies here are a bit special, and so I hear are you …”
Giving the rest of them a knowing look.
“-We have a good place for you in the basement really should you need it. I know the full moon is coming soon and all, so I do ask you to be careful. “ she leaned shortly on Grayson, and pinched his cheek. “His grandpa was just like him….!”
“-This is my nana, Edith..McMahon”
“-Knezevic McMahon…” she added “my maiden name. Anyhow, Harry ought to be here to pick me up soon.”
“-Do you care to tell us about your new boyfriend?” Arthur teased. Their grandfather had been gone for a good 8 years, it was good to see her so sprucely and happy again.
They didn’t really have to ask, because one second later they heard a horn honk. As they all turned to look it was a man on a motorcycle. A pretty solid harley, and a sidewagon. Grandma Edith snatched a leather jacket from a garden-chair nearby and threw it on. Picking up a small bag, her phone from a nearby table, and happily went to greet her new lover.
A man her age, on a motorcycle.
“-Grayson and Arthur knows where everything is! Do call me if you can’t find something you need, and do try not to break anything…!” With that she jumped in. Harry waved and said a simple hi before they drove off, leaving the group left in a cloud of dust.
“…..Did that just happen?” Grayson looked to Arthur whom looked equally as befuddled as him.
