If council plays it safe, they might take a complete outsider with some good accomplishments to manage NS's superstructure, I think. So that there would be no ties, no further controversies just someone to do the job. A complete stranger. Considering NS' autism he would probably not handle the change in routine well even if his routine was a constant meatgrinder.

Either way, plus, uh. I think it would really suck for NS in a sense that the new admin would have to perform maintenances and check ups to see if anything was damaged during all his functioning at increased capacity bs or in need of replacing either way, especially to produce the reports to show the issues are being managed and NS will have to deal with more people poking at him, even if they are no longer erasing his memories and stuff at the drop of the hat.
