Okay in theory I figured this would work. Plus I had always been curious but never "curious enough". But the best autistic food hack I've ever come across, regarding getting your fruits and veggies in if you're super sensitive to taste and texture, is eating those baby food squeeze pouches. They're a little bland sure, but they taste correct and that's honestly all I care about. I don't have to hope the strawberry I just bit into is sweet. I don't have to pray that I didn't let something get too ripe and now it's too mushy to eat. I literally just have to pick up a pouch and I'm set.
I do have to get over the fact that I'm at the age in which I could have kids so it's not weird that I'm in the baby food aisle. But I swear people be staring like I'm committing some heinous crime.
