I can’t believe there’s still not a way to permanently disable YT’s autodub. I’ve never hated a feature this much in my entire life

I used savefrom.net to download a YT video, but now that I check what I downloaded, the characters speak robotic French instead of English. I check the video on YT again and it's the way it should be. My VРN is set to Germany, not France. WTF??? It didn't even offer me the highest available resolution (1080p) with sound.

Upd: tried Y2mate instead. I don't appreciate it giving me 2 redirects to irrelevant bullshit, but at least I got exactly what I want.

I have the desktop app PNUTDownloader, but it doesn't work with YT blocked.

Tonight I learned that YouTube has an auto-dubbing feature that automatically dubs videos with an AI voice dub in your default language.

I hate the fact that it exists and I wish I could turn it off, but the horrible pronunciation is hilarious. Why yes, "kaja-mine" and "megurin... luka" and "kasaneto" are some of my favorite "vo-kah-los".
