“I didn’t try to drown myself.” Lady almost shouted as she sat on her bed making the doctor back away for a bit to give her space.
“I never said that you did lady.”
“But you thought it. I know because, even though the people here don’t think it, I know the position I’m in. I know that an amnesiac nobody can be a step away from breaking down, but that’s not the case with me. I did not try to drown myself. I-I just didn’t.” The girl almost whispered, and yet it felt as if she just yelled at the doctor.
