I love reading the birthday posts on the official site because of the tonal wiplash. It'll be all funny and wholesome like "awweee Kazi's parents give them a gift basket 🥺🥺🥺 Ava ate Ellis' pie XDDD" and then you'll check the next one and it'll be "Aaravos does not count the passage of time in minutes, nor hours, not even days — he counts candles, one after the other, burning themselves down to the wick and a puddle of hot wax." and like jesus dude what happened to Amaya and her sparring matches
